I’m happy that places like this (all vegan cafe) exist, but it’s super expensive and the atmosphere isn’t the best, with little seating available. Also, getting here is a pain when coming by car - this is in a busy area with hardly any parking.
But the food itself was great. Probably the best tasting croissant I’ve ever had.

Hazel & Jade is among the best vegan bakeries I've visited. Our family came into town for the holidays, so we pre-ordered two small cakes and picked up a mix of sweet and savory pastries (see photo). Everything was excellent and appreciated by vegans and non-vegans, alike. The space has a nice little covered seating area where a small family was having a relaxing time.

ALL PLANT BASED the lady gave me a lot of attitude just because I was disappointed that everything was plant based. She was talking to me like I was 7 years old. Never going back, even out of curiosity. That lady killed my mood and made me dislike this place so congrats to get. Very tiny place.

Even if you are not Vegan or animal-cruelty conscious, what Hazel & Jade bakery has created with vegan butters and creams is fabulous! I don’t know how these 2 pastry chefs accomplished where others have failed, but their pastries, desserts and whole cakes rival any “dairy” dessert. They also have really fun coffee drinks with in house syrups and “milks”, along with breakfast croissants with vegan “meats”.

My absolute favorite bakery in all of San Diego. Their cake is like crack. We get it for every event and I often go in and buy it by the slice as well. Other baked goods all equally as good, especially the brownies. I buy their stuff for any occasion even for people who aren't vegan and they have no idea it's all vegan. Everything is delicious. Go support this amazing local bakery!
Amazing vegan pastries had a sticky bun and it was delicious crunchy sweet crust on the outside and super moist and soft inside.

If you happen to be a vegan person, this place is for you. The pastries are really good and very affordable. Customer service is 10/10. The cafe has a quiet, peaceful and positive vibe, which I really enjoyed. I sat outdoor and enjoyed my breakfast. I highly recommend this cafe.

I needed to have a vegan birthday cake. They have several choices. All are which sound fantastic. I ended up with the chocolate sea salt. Not only did they have reasonable prices? If you order anything and have it written on it is fantastic, it is not the usual. It is a very beautiful writing, and it will set your party or occasion up to the next _ood_ level. I am definitely going to shop _ood_ there again. As I used to go to Whole Foods, but they are not having vegan things. Anymore, and this is on a whole other level whole foods could never touch this. So if you need a vegan cake, this is the go to place. Just be sure to call a couple days ahead and you'll be so delighted with your choice. The service is perfect and such a friendly group of people work there.

breakfast croissant had sausage and cheese. Potatoes were listed too, but I didn’t really see your taste. I was still really good .
It could be more fully warmed up, but that’s just a small nitpick.
