The Orli is a small luxury hotel within walking distance to beaches and restaurants. It is beautifully designed. Staff is wonderful. Lots of thoughtful amenities and we have never slept as well in any hotel anywhere .. The bedding is out of this world!
Overpriced for what you get. Lobby is very clean, nice, modern. The hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant has an excellent view and the restaurant staff were very welcoming. However, the rooms are not well taken care of. You can tell they remodeled them recently but with cheap materials and not done correctly. There was dust everywhere, stains all over the carpets, ceiling, and walls. The carpet was sticking out in certain places. It was a huge bummer...
The kind-hearted people working at the Cusp restaurant are exceptional. We enjoyed breakfast here every day during our stay in La Jolla. Perfect start to each day. Thank you for making us feel special. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable. You are the best.
