You'll see people lining up to get the black bean noodles... That's because it's delicious! Made a right choice and paired that with deep fried pork. ?

Black bean noodle and deep-fried pork came out pretty fast. Both are delicious! The noodle is bouncy and chewy, the black bean sauce is sweet and not bitter at all. The tangsuyuk is crunchy and the sour sauce compliments it so well. This is a big serving for 2 people and it’s only $27. You can’t go wrong with this combo. 10/10

Thought we were going to an actual restaurant from the description. Lo and behold, it's a food court in a Korean grocery with 4-5 different choices of food stalls and a common area. For take out food court it was fine. My mistaken expectations stole moment however. On the interesting side this place had 10:1 the number of people getting food from them. Literally they were busy putting out to go dinners and food court meals - over 150 in an hour. The other 4-5 food stalls in the same time would be hard pressed for 20 dinners combined. It was very interesting to observe!

It's delicious. In particular, the jjamppong is not too spicy and the contents are rich and delicious. The sweet and sour pork is fried well and has a great texture. The owner is kind!

To be Really honest. would i eat it again, NOPE. so im coming from eating at real good spots in K town LA and korea, hawaii etc. this one is not really jajangmyung, it looks like it but dosnt taste like it should. maybe i am spoiled but, maybe making real jajangmyung is hard to make i guess. some people might like the taste.if you look at others video review. its not the best, but not the worst. which was super accurate.

I've had Paik's Noodles in LA before, and my wife and I were craving Korean food during our weekend trip in San Diego. I was specifically craving jajangbap, and I noticed there was a Hong Kong Ban Jum at the Zion Market in Kearny Mesa. So my wife and I stopped in the food court at Zion Market and ordered Korean food for lunch. My wife had the spicy jjampong and I had the jajangbap without shrimp. The portions for both are very generous. The jajangbap also came with pickles and another side soup.I loved the jajang sauce and the omelette. The rice portion was a bit small for my taste but it was still amazing. Overall it was a solid lunch and I would definitely come back here.

Great value for the food. I ordered jjmyeon and it was only $11 for a portion large enough for two small servings. The taste is decent with small bits of pork and veggies. The noodles were chewy and bouncy. Watching all the mukbangs with people chomping down on jjajamyeon had me craving some for real. This was a quick meal to satisfy.

Do not try their meat, had a diarrhea and threw up after eating their tangsuyuk.

You guys can't imagine how thankful I am! Amazing black bean noodle! Makes me feel like going back to 10 years old eating black bean noodle in a country side of Korea with my mother. I would eat here everyday if I had money.

The taste of the food reminded me of the Chinese food I had in childhood. It tastes exactly like what you would taste at an average Chinese restaurant in Korea. Note: Korean Chinese food is quite different from the Chinese food we are used to in the States. It tastes more like Korean food with Chinese influences.

I see a long line everytime I'm In this area so finally today I tried it - I ordered #12 not spicy and it is DELICIOUS! Reasonable price with such a tasty food. Depends on the time you are there, rush hour is long line. This is located inside Zion Market. - it's on their food court. Plenty of Free Parking. Ambiance is quiet.
