Highly recommend this place to compliment your weekly workout routine. Very relaxing and restorative for the body. I personally tried the Lymphatic Massage. They offer music and movies during the session with Bose headphones but I fell to sleep in 10 minutes. I will be adding this to my acupuncture and cupping routine for sure.
I live a few blocks from this place so it was easy and enjoyable to walk to. It was my first time and I felt very comfortable and at home immediately. I am used to being in saunas but have never tried an infrared sauna. I was very exhausted going in and when I came out I felt extremely revived, the complete opposite of what I expected to feel. in regular saunas I had always felt drained and tired, but not after the infrared sauna. I look forward to coming back here.
