Overall, the experience was just okay. Service felt rushed by the server, food lacked flavor, and the atmosphere felt blah. Certainly has potential to be great.

We used Expedia to book and for some reason the site kept giving us an error and when it finally let us book, it had changed the date from the 15/16 to 25.. it was non refundable. The incredible staff at the Sheraton handled it, got us our room and we just got an email informing us that we would be getting a refund for the 25. My suggestion is to call the hotel and book your rooms through them. Beautiful property, room and beds super comfy for a reasonable price.. the staff are very nice and helpful. Pool was warm and the hot tub was excellent after long day of walking..

Our waiter was great but man the food was not. We ordered salmon and asparagus which was grilled well, almost perfectly but it was drenched in hoisin sauce. Our risotto was cooked well but was so salty I couldn’t eat it. So even though the food was cooked well, it was seasoned badly.

Lovely atmosphere and the seating is very comfortable. Plant life speckles the room for a relaxing experience. The tree cover outside makes it feel very pleasantly isolated from the busy streets.My favorite, must-do dish is the Acai Bowl. It's smooth sorbet, decked out with a delectable arrangement of berries, bananas, and kiwi, topped with a light honey that doesnt overpower the flavor or texture of the rest of the dish. The granola tastes amazing and stays crunchy through the whole experience. Love it!
