Humphreys SoCal Dining & Music

The dining room is SoCal elegant but not pretentious. The menu had a wide variety of fish and meat including a lamb option. Chef Percy chose great accompaniments for halibut and salmon. We followed our meal by sharing a dish of three different sorbets. The staff were friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. A great dining experience overall! We will be visiting again.

Whenever my wife and I stay in Humphreys, we often have breakfast in this restaurant, and the experience here has always been amazing. Besides the delicious food, all the servers, including Mirna, Heidy and Mona, offered excellent services and made sure we were well taken care of. Whenever something is wrong, they would take take initiative to fix it, even without me bringing it up. My wife and I really enjoyed this establishment, and we will certainly be back if we ever stay in Humphreys again!

It was a very good experience with the food, the service, but there was a birthday party that was extremely loud and the table behind us was also very loud but the lamb and the filet minion was outstanding!!! Best lamb I've ever had melted in my mouth and flavorful and moist.

Says dining and music but the music is in a separate area and you can't hear it. Had the filet and it was not great. Very empty and honestly felt like a retirement home dining room. Server was good just ambiance food and patrons was not great

Owen our waiter so gracious and professional with our large group on Christmas night. Thank you for helping us have a wonderful Christmas night and memory to have.

What a great experience, we are visitors from NZ and had no idea what to expect but everything was wonderful and such a reasonable price considering it was Christmas Day, all the staff were all super friendly and very helpful and made us feel very welcome. The buffet choice was incredible and had something for everyone in our group of 7.

Our Christmas buffet in the late afternoon was spectacular. The decorations were not overwhelming, but elegant. From the parking to sitting down to the meal and ease of entering the buffet, the layout was wonderfully set up, easy to get all foods. Just couldn't have asked for a better day. Thank you for a great time.

The food was disappointing. The prime rib was tasty, but the sea bass was mushy and cold. The chicken was hard like it had been out too long. The sourdough rolls we excellent and the mac and cheese delicious! The island salad was wilted and not fresh, the desserts were so/so but the bread pudding was great. As you can see a few things were great, but it was hit and miss. I wanted things to be great so my family would want to do this again next Christmas. I doubt we will be back, unfortunately.

Reserved for two on Christmas Day buffet. All the food was spectacular except the prime rib. It was sliced so thin, it was difficult to cut and quality wasn't what I would expect for an occasion like this. We drove from Arizona and the people next to us came from Temecula.

The Christmas Brunch Buffet at Humphrey's was a magical and amazing experience. First, the view of the harbor is spectacular. The holiday decorations were lovely. Best of all, a wide variety of delicious food selections was available, including prime rib, turkey, ham and seafood. The made-to-order omelet, smoked salmon, peel and eat shrimp and the Charcuterie board were among my favorites. Jeannie, the manager, circulated among her guests, welcoming them and ensuring that everyone had a memorable experience. I can't wait until next year to experience it again!

I mean.. The place is really nice with a great view. We ate there for breakfast since it’s a walking distance from our hotel, but I was not impressed at all with their food. My kid and my husband ordered medium rate steak and eggs with chimichurri sauce, but their steaks came out well done and the server forgot to give their A1 sauce since the steaks were dry and A1 sauce was definitely needed. It wasn’t even that busy, but she was rushing to leave when we asked. My lobster omelette was alright it was dry and overcooked. It came out bare. It definitely could have used a little touch of spice and a little garnish on top would have been nice. Couldn’t taste the herb as described on the menu.

Entire staff was very nice. Great service, never had to ask for a refill. Handled a party of twelve with ease. Ambiance was nice with holiday decor

Typical buffet fare. Some food was not as warm/hot as we would have liked. Plenty of choices. Excellent service. Loud conversations made it somewhat unpleasant. Lovely view of the harbor.

We, as a family, do not go out that often to celebrate meaningful holidays with a meal...BUT we certainly do enjoy going to Humphrey's for their Thanksgiving Day Brunch! It is exemplary service, ambiance, bill of fare and scenery. Being able to savor your meal at a leisurely pace while taking in the stunning outside scenery, to include the pristine marnina and harbor, is is indeed special. And sharing all this with your family makes it even more so. We're definitely looking forward to next year. Try it -- you won't be disappointed!
