A diamond in the rough! The staff was knowledgeable, and the drinks were delicious. At the time of this review they had a thoughtful leather booklet with the left hand pages representing their house creations, and the right hand pages listed as classics. Both the originals and the "creative" drinks were phenomenal, and the staff was very friendly. I'd highly recommend this establishment whether you happen to be close by, or if you're looking for something off the beaten path.

Meeting with my friends at Hundred Proof was a great call. Hip place and cool decor. Drinks were awesome and the food is delicious. Fast and friendly service.

The is a true cocktail bar. They have many many different and hard to find spirits. I finally got to try a peated Irish whiskey which was dope! My wife had the strawberry legal which can only be described as delicious! Next i tried there season twist on an old fashion, 2 thumbs up. I really like that thry had classic versions of cocktails and then literally on the next page of the menu they put thier twist on the cocktails.

Went there at 10:13 PM and the kitchen was closed first time I have ever been in. I live close and was looking forward to checking the place out. The only reason we went to eat was Google stated that it was a bar and grill and the hours were open until 11:30 so we assumed the kitchen would be open as well. They definitely need to post kitchen hours as well as bar hours to help identify when it's good to eat there.The worse part was as soon as we walked in the first thing the guy behind the bar did was look at his watch as if we were inconvienincing him. Maybe I'll give it another try and adjust the review but soely based on the lack of communication for their kitchen hours and the clear frustration on the employees face when I walked in I'll leave it for now.

Awesome place to go for wonderful cocktails and an excellent happy hour menu. The food is the tastiest bar food around! I go all the time just because of it's cool vibe and chill staff. The whiskey smash is my personal favorite!

Super hipster bar with good drinks, and food options. Dark but not too loud. Somewhat expensive drinks as to be expected for the genre. The two desserts which we tried (a citrus flavored cheesecake, and a chocolate thing) were both unimpressive to our collective taste buds. Didn't try other foods.
This is the place for brunch on Saturday at 10am. skip the lines and eat delicious food. Tried the Chorizo Breakfast Burrito. Needed some crunch/ texture but great flavor.

I've been here twice now, and I LOVE this bar/restaurant. The first time I came here, I had one of their frozen slushie alcoholic beverages called a Penichillin' and it was awesome! I will definitely be coming back to this place soon!
