Friendly baristas and hidden neighborhood gem with delicious coffee.

It's very cute inside with a few bistro size tables and chairs plus a couch. There's more seating outside but not much of a view since it's in an office building parking lot.

Dog friendly. They do have a few breakfast sandwich items and a small selection of donuts and pastries.

I recently visited hunters of Hendrix and I have to say, it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with the rich aroma of freshly brewed coffee and the warm, inviting atmosphere. The decor is chic yet cozy, making it the perfect spot to relax or get some work done.

The baristas are not only skilled but also exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the different blends and brewing methods, which I really appreciated. I opted for a recommendations from one of the baristas Zeyli !!! She recommended a butter scotch coffee, and I got it with whole milk and it was very very delicious she was a very kind and full of energy a type of person that could lift up someone else’s spirits if they’re having a bad day

What truly sets this coffee shop apart is their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Every cup is crafted with care, and you can taste the difference. Whether you're a coffee aficionado or just looking for a great place to unwind, hunters of Hendrix is a must-visit. I'll definitely be back!

Hunters of Hendrix is a refreshingly genuine coffee shop that serves some of the best drip coffee and lovingly crafted specialty drinks.

The shop is shyly tucked away making it feel a bit remote at first, but after a few trips it has become a secret spot that I love sharing with friends. The baristas are some of the most friendly and welcoming people I’ve met and have easily become one of reasons I keep coming back, shout out to Courtney for making the best drinks!

It’s clear that the drinks are thoughtfully crafted and extremely customizable. With a variety of milks and a LARGE assortment of syrups it feels like the possibilities are endless here. One of my favorite menu is “The Champ”, a honey cinnamon latte that comforts me in the same way hot chocolate does on a cold rainy day. But if lattes aren’t your style the drip coffee is perfectly brewed, preserving beautiful notes of flavor and not being bitter in any kind of way.

I cannot recommend this place enough and i hope that more people are able discover what a welcoming place it is.

Andy was super nice! I grew up in San Diego but it had been 17 years since I had been back. He filled me in on all kinds of local info. Had the drip coffee, it was great!

Picked up a bag of their single origin Costa Rica and it’s amazing! Can’t even THINK about making good coffee without good beans, and I can confidently say that Hendrix HAS THE

I decided to try out this coffee shop because it’s super close to my work. I ordered the Impossible breakfast sandwich and a mocha. The sandwich, in my opinion, was way too small and underwhelming for the price (a little over $8), but the coffee was good. What ruined my experience was the barista who served me who was very rude. I’ve been having a rough week and today was an especially rough morning as I had a lot on my mind and couldn’t think clearly. All I wanted was to have a nice coffee and breakfast at a new place that seemed to be a cool spot to get a nice jumpstart to my day. Instead, this barista gave me so much attitude as I fumbled through my order a bit, making me feel like a total idiot. That was the last thing I needed to start my day off. I really wanted to like this place but she absolutely ruined my experience. It’s a bummer.

Best coffee in town, real people, good vibes just straight up amazing. Knew my name and order after one day. Made the mistake of trying a different local chain coffee place - don’t do that! Spend your time here and get yourself a delicious espresso to start the day right!

Horrible service. I placed an online order here and when I got there to pick up the worker stared at me like I was crazy and said "I have no idea what that is” and then was incredibly rude, and made me pay AGAIN for the drink I had already paid for. So while you can order and pay online - just don't expect that they'll actually get your order.

best coffee ever! I had the Lavender Truffle which the barista recommended and it was amazing. Since I take awhile to drink my coffee I normally I just buy a small but I downed the entire cup in only 20 minutes. Atmosphere isn’t bad. I think the location is a bit odd but overall this place is great!

Where do I even start with how much I love this place? I’m here almost every Saturday getting a chai latte. HH introduced me to macadamia milk, so that alone has made my life better. Not to mention everyone who works there is super nice and fun to talk to. It’s like Seattle quality coffee with San Diego friendliness! Last but not least they always have Bob Ross playing on the TV. Please do yourself a favor and come chill out with some coffee and Bob Ross!!
