The restaurant was CLEAN!!!! And very well run. Place was roomy and organized. No dust or food or crap in the lamps (like some other nearby breakfast place)… it was clean. The waiter was attentive and friendly. I’ll be back.
Very polite and friendly staff! The service was excellent, and the environment was clean and comfortable. It’s a great spot for fluffy pancakes and crispy bacon.

Not crowded. We went for an early morning meeting. The wait staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious. Tried and true. IHOP has been around a long time. Not fancy, but always predictable and cost effective.
