Taking absolutely forever to even get coffee and our food. Received a dirty coffee cup as well. Waiting nearly an hour to get served.

Absolute definition of mediocre, food was dry (got 6 pancakes between us and a burrito) Cheesecake Panckake has no cheesecake, oreo shake tastes like milk. The best part about the meal was the ketchup.

I ordered a spinach and mushroom omelette. It was enormous, and delicious. The downside was it took my waitress 15 minutes to bring me coffee. So long another waiter came by with it 5 minutes earlier. Still, I was there for 10 minutes, in the morning, without coffee.

One of the best places for breakfast. You never have to wait to be seated. Plenty of parking around the area. They are very consistent with their food quality, taste, and service. I find it to be on the expensive side now. Therefore carefully plan your orders. Rather ordering one dish, try to bundle it with your favorite things, especially if you don't eat meat. I love their biscuits. Hashbowns are always perfectly cooked. They offer the softest and yummiest biscuits I have ever eaten. If you have a sweet tooth like me, then they offer the yummiest French toast, waffles, and pancakes. Their Mexican Tres Leches Pancake is the star of their menu.

IHOP is a regular American popular breakfast kind if restaurant. The Rancho Bernardo location is really cute, modern. We had Jasmine as our waitress and she was polite, cute, knowledgeable, kind and we thank her for her graceful way of service us. Thank you Jasmine ?

Went in on a Sunday afternoon. Not particularly busy but the service was slow. The food made up for the slow service. My husband ordered a cold brew which was a large glass and so deeply chocolate looking and tasting. My husband had the Colorado omelet which is huge and chocked full of meat. He took half of it home. I had the chicken pesto crepes which were amazing. Filled with moist chicken, topped with a nut free creamy pesto, roasted cherry tomatoes and sprinkled with cheese. Enough for 2 but this was my only meal of the day. The place might seem old school, but they keep it fresh and modern looking. Only thing missing was the peach syrup My husband use to like that sat on tbe table with other flavors.
