By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a ihop, waited over an hour but the dining area was pretty empty, service was terrible,none of our drinks had gotten refilled, they gave us 6 waters and we were a table of 8, our orders were mildly wrong, was told there was no hash browns and then one plate out of the many that wanted has browns got them, very disappointed.

There was a little more effort to redeem our PANCOINS on a to-go order but it was well worth it.

All the staff seem like they hate their jobs. The servers are rude stay away from this location.

I had a great experience at IHOP! Rodolfo provided excellent service very friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. The food was also delicious and fresh. Definitely coming back. Thanks, Rodolfo!

We came for a very late dinner and Rodolfo was our server. He was amazing and so genuine! He exhibited exceptional customer service and helped me on what to order (as I was debating between several items). My food tasted delicious and service was very prompt.

The service could have been better I believe the server had too many tables to serve at once. She also got my order wrong I order the senior sampler because it the perfect portion size. I received the breakfast sampler way too much food! I had to give 90% to my son to eat lol but she did correct the ticket. Then a family was seated next to us with a very loud toddler lol They passed at least 8 empty booths and we had the joy of eating with noise 😂😂 The food was good so I would recommend this location.

I had a terrible experience at this IHOP. We sat down and waited patiently, but no one ever came to take our order—no greetings, no water, nothing. After a long wait, and asked 3 different waiter if they can take our order, I approached the manager to ask if someone could help us, and instead of apologizing or offering to fix the situation, he told me “you can leave if you want to.” Absolutely unacceptable behavior from someone in charge. I’ve never felt so disrespected at a restaurant. Needless to say, we won’t be coming back. If you value basic customer service, I suggest you go somewhere else.
I hope the owner it’s looking at this review, because he needs to put attention on his people.

Everybody has a nasty attitude, nobody gets nesr your table to take your order for 15-20 mins they leave you there forgotten.. and when we asked for the manager he literally told us to leave if we wanted to instead of picking it up with the service..
So we actually left feeling furious

I had the sirloin tips with pancakes, eggs and hash browns. The sirloin tips were marinated and sauteed with onions and mushrooms. The tips were juicy, tender, moist and very tasty. And cooked as requested

Fraud . I was given an old check for my omelette. It said 15.39. 20.00 tender. Change 4.61. This check I was given was in the middle of my meal. My noisey waitress insisted I pay at my seat and not at the counter. I showed the manager she is giving old checks.
What they do is tell the cook what to make with out making new checks. They then keep the cash.
So then she tells me

As soon as we got there we ha to wait to be seated as the waiter is doing sidewalks at the same time he serves the tables. There was only 1 table before us, he gave us the menu and immediately asked what did we want for drink, I ask him to give me a minute as I needed to decide he took his time, passed three tables more the menu, we had to wait like 16l5 minutes while he got a delivery ready and the tablets for deliveries, that sidewalk should be done before starting to work. He took our order and the other 3 tables and then he sent the food cause it came all at the same time. He had a bad attitude in general like very uptight like the attitude a female dog would have if u know what I mean 😉. The service is key in hte restaurant the food was good but with that service the atmosphere got difficult to enjoy a happy meal.
I think the attitude started when we asked if we could pay with a gift card cause in the beginning he said no and then he said yes. Very unprofessional.
I must add to this review that I got an jnvitation by the manager to make it up for us. We went with the person I went in the first place only to be humiliated cause they would only discount one burger and one drink from the check. Really?

I walked in ( a black woman) before a white man. The person at the front (in a sleeveless vest) looked past me and greeted the white man. He asked me was I there for pick up and I told him I wanted to place a to go order. He then told me to wait and he took the white man to a seat. I sat there for a min but I left. I definitely don’t deserve to ever be treated that way. I don’t know if it’s because I’m a woman, black or because I’m wearing black pants. I do know it’s a bad look for this ihop. Just go somewhere else please.
