Waited for over an hour and our food never got there, waitress did not even check up on us. We ordered some pancakes and a burger. Waitress even brought us the wrong food once, and after that we just left. Every time we go to this IHOP, they take so long to take our order. I don’t usually write bad reviews, but they wasted my time.

Basically was a shit show. Served ice cold eggs by the time I was able to flag down the server we were already done eating, was allowed one glass of iced tea for almost $5 first time in an IHOP in many years will be the last time ever.

The service is horrible my family's order took over a 1 hour and a half to arrive at my table I explained to the manager that the food hadn't arrived yet so we left and I didn't pay for our drinks or appetizer due to them being late ... Worst experience here I will not come back

So I came in for early breakfast and my food came out cold and I asked for it to be reheated and my eggs came back well done instead of over medium. The waitress Sandy came back and saw I was not eating and acted really concerned and sympathetic, but when she went into the back to tell Luis the cook to make it again, they were talking bad about the situation in Spanish. Sweetie I frequent this IHop alot in the evening and you should know alot of us gringos hablan Español y intiende tambien. It is so unprofessional to talk bad about a person when it's your fault for not making my meal correct and trying to serve it cold. Now my new meal is here warm, but one should not have to go through he'll to get a good meal. I'm paying for it... I would love an update from management.

I’m still a fan of IHOP but compared to Denny’s buttermilk pancake and their 55plus senior deals, Denny’s takes the cake on this one.
I had met my long time friends at IHOP on Saturn Blvd for breakfast last Friday. This was our first time together eating at an IHOP. My all time fave breakfast dish is the veggie omelette next to pancake and egg breakfast. Just breakfast at IHOP.
As we entered the restaurant, my friends and I were greeted and seated immediately at a booth. Our server was mediocre server, but she wasn’t awful. She forgot an extra food item my friend requested, by the time our server came back, my friend no longer had any interest. Although all tables in our area were full, our server checked on us only once.
We hung around eating and chatting more, which ended up being close to 3 hours until we finally called it a day.
We had a great morning. Our IHOP experience was good👍🏼
