This spot is always clean, has always had good customer service. Sometimes it can get pretty busy here but even when its packed full of people I have never had to wait over 20 minutes for a table. Last time I got the sirloin tips and eggs combo plate it wad pretty darn good and big enough in size that I was able to take the pancakes home for breakfast the next morning! My son loved the holiday elf menu!

We popped in for lunch and were seated immediately. The host saw us walking up and was ready for us. Outstanding! Onasis was our server and was great! He has an upbeat, fríendly personality and very helpful. It was somewhat busy, not a shocker, IHOP is usually always busy but the wait for food wasn't bad. I went with the spicy chicken burger, I think that's the one. It's like a chicken wing burger. No onion and with pickles. It was really tasty. I wish I had taken a picture of it but once I bit into it, it was game over. The chicken was cooked spot on. My husband had the Gomes omelet with some serranos and avocado. Of course I had to taste it and it was really good. Parking lot has enough spots, place was clean and everyone was working hard. We'll keep coming back for sure.

Absolute worse service EVER. Arrived at 10:30am with my husband. Left and 11:10am with ONE meal. My husband order in a country fried steak which was fine, with a side of pancakes. I ordered the new buffalo chicken sandwich. It came out I cut it in half it was completely dry the bun just crumbled into pieces. I told the waitress about it and she asked me if I wanted the same thing so that they could remake it. I said no thank you, I will have a turkey wrap instead. We sat there for about 20 to 25 minutes and I decided I didn't even want it anymore after picking off of my husband's plate we got up paid for his plate and that was that. Yes it annoyed me that I walked out with no meal but I think the thing that annoyed me the most was that the manager that took the meal off of our bill didn't even apologize!! After working in the food industry for so long customer service is number one! They weren't even busy. Our waitress Alejandra (I think that was her name) was ok. But the male manager Alexis.. Come on man STEP YOU GAME UP. That is not how you get customers to return!
