I should know better than to have any expectations from an IHOP, but here we are. My parents and I decided to get breakfast, and there was a long wait for a table. It took about 20 minutes before we were seated—and I sat there wondering why people loved this place so much. Our waitress made it seem like we were very much inconveniencing her when was asked if we could order. I got the Eggs Benedict and well, just look at the photo. The hollandaise sauce had broken, the English muffin was soggy, the ham was rubbery, and the egg was overcooked. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t need anything fancy! I love a diner. But this was just another level of poorly made food. Unfortunately, the service isn’t a redeeming quality either.

The food was good, but the service was horrible. We never saw the waiter after she delivered our food, refills of coffee wasn’t brought out until after our check was brought, we had to get up and find our waiter to ask for something. This coming as the restaurant was not busy, it was a calm environment.

Don’t waste your time coming in the morning. Says open at 6:30am drove all the way out here to get my daughter breakfast and no one even inside and closed. Why do restaurants find it so hard to update their hours
