Came to dine-in at 830pm. The restaurant was completely empty but I still like it. Pretty Christmas decoration with pine trees. There was only 1 server Carlos, he was very friendly.

Ordered breakfast to-go. Placing the order was a breeze and there wasn’t a wait time but when I got home I realized my pancakes were raw. They looked fine from the outside but when you cut in, the batter oozed. Sausage was fine. Eggs had a bit of eggshell in it. There was enough butter and syrup but overall: Disappointed.

Liz is incredible! So nice, very attentive, and quick with everything.
It was very quiet! Our server was great. I saw a nice inexpensive section of the menu and we got full for only 7 a person. I don't know why ihop is more popular! Everything was well prepared and delicious.
Gf pancakes were okay..probably don't need them again. But I applaud ihop for having a gluten free option!

Came here on a Saturday for brunch. This place has plenty of parking. I haven’t been to IHOP in a long time but mom wanted to go here. Mom ordered the spinach omelette. It was pretty decent. I ordered breakfast sample. A slice of bacon, sausage, ham, and eggs over easy. Eggs were way over easy. Also, had the tres Leches pancake but it needed more sauce. Service was great though.
