Came here with my family for a late night dinner. The only server was Lizbeth, she was incredible. So kind and so attentive, even while being the only server and hostess. There were other guests and everyone was served in a timely fashion. She was so polite as well. I was so pleasantly surprised, my last IHOP experience at a different location was subpar. This made up for it, 100%. Food was warm and fresh as well!

Everything was well prepared and delicious.
