I don't appreciate the fact that this place caters to the rich visitors from TJ (located right on the border with Mexico). The minute I walked in, I noticed that all the employees speak Spanish. I spoke to them in English ( our national language), and yet they replied in Spanish. This is America, and I want to be treated like an American.

Big enough and clean except for the restrooms. They have a few low calorie items on the menu that are actually good. The service is slow and the AC wasnât working properly so it was really hot inside. Inside the mall so thereâs plenty of parking.

The pancake stack is very thick and saturated my taste quickly, making it a chore to finish up.
The beef was almost tasteless.
It's been more than 10 years since I ate at an IHOP, and this meal reminded me of my past struggles to finish the pancakes.

Yesterday I went to breakfast, approximately at 10:00 am, we ordered the breakfast that includes strips of bacon, which had an unpleasant taste of burnt oil (inexplicable taste, but bad) or the cooking part was not clean.
Pretty old building, service and food were good. Everything was as one would expect it from an ihop. We were the only guests, so everything took a moment as it was freshly prepared. Toilets were digusting though.

I loved it. The food is delicious, the breakfasts are generous, and it's a bit pricey due to the exchange rate if you're paying in Mexican pesos, but the waitress was very friendly and even spoke to me in Spanish.
However, they are very slow, so it will take you several minutes to pay the bill and leave.
