Evan was AMAZING!!!! I told him it was my first time trying Ikes and he took care of me with a stellar recommendation. Will definitely be back if that’s the type of customer service you get !!! Life long customer now ! Evan needs a raise!!

had a free bday sammich so i redeemed a madison bumgarner (first pic). it was so good. also ordered on mobile which says minimum 20 minutes but my order was quickly made ~5-10 min.

update: had the logan webb (second pic) and it was delicious !!

Went in to order lunch, waited 25 minutes for a $18 dollar sandwich to be told they lost my order. Worse customer service experience with an oh well attitude. Will not return

This is my second time ordering here. First time I ordered Meatless Mike, which boldly states "Best Vegan Meatballs in America" courtesy of Peta. They weren't lying. You could literally remove "vegan" from meatballs and you'd still likely not be challenged, they were that good.

I decided to go back a second time today and this time landed on Tailor's Booty, which is vegan fried chicken, zesty orange glaze, yellow BBQ sauce, pepper jack cheese (you can order vegan cheese instead), and provolone. OMG this was out of this world! So fresh, flavorful, unique and filling!

Both times service was with a smile and wait was short to not at all (if ordered ahead). Cute location but knocked a star off on atmosphere because it's really small and the tables are right next to the counter where the sandwiches are made. Still, it's amazing and I'll certainly be making this a regular stop!

From the outset, the service I received was less than satisfactory. The attendant seemed unfriendly and rushed, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. At one point, she gestured for me to hurry up, making me feel unwelcome.

My primary concern, however, lies with a specific aspect of my order. I requested Italian dressing on the side, and the attendant acknowledged my request. To my surprise, upon receiving my sandwich, I was informed that there would be an extra charge for the dressing. While I don't mind paying for additional items, it would have been appreciated if this information had been communicated upfront.

As a loyal customer who has been frequenting Ike's since its opening in Sorrento Valley, this experience has left a negative impression. I have always been generous with tips, as reflected in my receipts. Nonetheless, this incident has given me pause, and I'm uncertain if I'll continue patronizing Ike's in the future.

I wanted to bring this matter to your attention in the hope that it can be addressed to maintain the high standard of service and customer satisfaction that Ike's is known for.

I've been going to this sandwich shop for about a year now. Recently, when I forgot to ask for Italian dressing with my order, they told me there would be an extra charge for it. I asked if this was a new policy, and the man behind the counter gave me an aggressive stare. Meanwhile, the woman seemed annoyed by my request for Italian dressing on the side. It was a disappointing experience overall. I will not be coming back. You lost a loyal customer. Get better staff and train them better.

The food is usually good, but their vegan options *suck* - they cost just as much but are 50% the size of their non-vegan options (they claim the gluten free bread used for their vegan options only comes in the tiny size).
