My wife and i visited,, in -n -out the lastb2 Saturday's being 9:30pm 10pmish did not seem up to the quality level we expected. The special sauce was way to heavy for my liking on the hamburger to the ffs faithfully over cooked both weekend's,, Disappointed ,but not ready to Throw in the towel just yet🫡

one of the few appropriately priced fast food left, usually pretty busy so food takes a little bit esp on weekends but it's always delicious.
The young lady at the register was great. Took our order quic l li and helped with questions about a no bun hamburger. We got our food pretty quickly. They Focused on the inside customers as much as the drive thru. As we were finishing our food, we has two different people offer to take our baskets. You can tell they care about quality of food and service. We had a great experience.

In and out is always good, but why are the fries like eating cardboard. I hate visiting Cali and having to go there because its over hyped. Why do i gotta order from a secret menu to get good food? Dont get me wrong, the burger is alright, and it can hit the spot. It's better than all the fast food burgers, and I like everything about the business and how they operate. If it was a 5 to 10 minute wait, then yeah it would be worth it. Every time ive been its more like a 20 to 45 minute wait and its honestly not worth it. the wait time to good burger ratio doesnt really add up for me. Without a wait time the burger is a 6.5 out of 10 the Fries... 2 out of 10.

As is always the case with In-N-Out Burger best described as a zoo. Lots and lots of people. Massive line at drive thru. Love that menu features only 2 items - hamburge or cheeseburger. No waiting for people to go thru entire menu. Very efficient and friendly counter folks made ordering extra quick. Always enjoy the burgers, even with the masses waiting to get in. Treated myself to a very enjoyable chocolate shake.

First time in Cali and eating at an In-N-Out. Was on my list of stuff to do and so happy we stopped. The girl taking our order was extremely helpful and made the process nice and easy. They also gave me and my son a few of those sweet hats lol.
