Update: I often take my kids here when they have a school holiday, it is always very very crowded, but the InO staff handles it beautifully. I am always grateful that they get such great, friendly people to work there.

The quality is dropping significantly.
Wait could easily be up to 50 depending on the time and school but not less than 30 mins. The line goes all the way to the plaza and the only reason the wait os not longer is because people do not want to block the main streets in plaza.

There has beed multiple times we were served by a different item than what we have ordered and the meat is often over done or under done.

It was still crowded as usual—no surprise, it’s a popular place.
All the staff looked very busy, but they were efficient and provided great service.
The cashier was also kind and greeted us with a warm smile.
The restaurant was clean as well.
I ordered a protein-style hamburger and animal-style fries.
The vegetables were fresh and delicious.
The fries had some cheddar cheese that had slightly hardened, but the quality was fine overall.

Very busy and had to wait to have them clean a table. Long lines and wait inside. If you drive through they give priority to those orders so it's actually fast unfortunately. Seems food quality is not as amazing as it once was but it's still good. Best to eat it right away. If you wait it gets steamy and soggy.
Prices keep going up, maybe not as much as the Arches but still alot more than used to be. Crowds are still here though.
