In-N-Out Burger

I went to In-N-Out today and I accidentally forgot my wallet at home one of the employees Taylor covered my food and was so kind about it I was so embarrassed because I know I had money I just happened to forget my wallet at home which can happen to anybody at any time and the fact that I didn't have to go all the way home and come back to pay for my food was so kind and generous I am so grateful to to them honestly I cried on my way home it's been awhile since somebody did something kind for me it was a hard day hence why I forgot my wallet and this was just a very kind thing for another human to do for a stressed out Mama. I already contacted their customer service to let them know what an amazing team they have at Carmel mountain but please support them in any way that you can thank you!

This place is my favorite fast food spot! I love their double double and fries. The burger is moist and has a slightly burnt bun, which is perfect for me. The staff are always friendly and smiling.

Parking: Plenty of parking!

A slight change in the order and took them 45 minutes to deliver I personally three times to the counter to ask for my animal fries.

Dietary restrictions: I have a gluten and soy product allergy and have other food sensitivities (dairy, egg, cheese, etc.) This is not a 100% gluten free restaurant. I have had zero reactions and get a hamburger protein style (lettuce instead of bread bun) at least once every few months but your mileage may vary. Am not sure what oil they use for the cooking grill or for the frier but I assume it's canola and not soy because I've never reacted to those either. Fries and soft drinks are the only options for vegans.

In n out's still the best burger you can buy in SoCal; Unfortunately it seems everyone agrees as it always has 3-4x the line and wait compared to other burger joints- though it's definitely worth the wait.

Classic South western burger stop

Fast service, well trained employees and able to
serve a lot of people in good time. We went on Sunday, super crowded but got our food in decent time and it was delish! Nice quality buns and fries. Plus the juicy patties and fresh toppings! Got sodas and shakes…very good! Even have “grilled cheese” for vegetarians!

Everybody that works here is very courteous. You can tell the owners and managers take pride in their staff and the way they run things. It's always busy but like a well oiled-machine, you'll get.. in-n-out...

Parking: This place is always busy. Always. And it encapsulates what a hang out spot should be for everybody in the neighborhood.

Nice people, of course it was busy so all the food took a while, but not nearly as long as I expected. Well-stocked and clean store. Got sick after eating though. Definitely an isolated thing but still not fun at all.

Always amazing and fast service, the cashier named Dutch not only took my order but asked how my day was going and finished the conversation with saying “God bless” definitely a rad experience and a great young man
