Worst In-N-Out ever. We were in the drive through, two cars cut the lane, the staff didn’t do anything and we were being told “there’s nothing I can do about it” We tried to tell her to split the order, but she didn’t hear it and blamed us “you should’ve told me in advance” which we clearly said in the very beginning. And she messed up all our orders, mixing grilled onions with regular onions, and even missed a fries completely which I don’t know how it happened honestly.

In-n-out is aways my first choice. This in-n-out was great. Thanks
ADAMAN (I think that was his name) encouraged Black Tesla 9EJU061 (not intended to shame them, just want the business location manager to be aware of this customer in case they are a repeat offender) to cut in line today at the drive-thru. 3:30pm on August 9. David (stand-in manager) from the Carlsbad branch came out to help us but he was unfamiliar with the drive thru lane.
I was mostly upset at ADAMAN for allowing this behavior in the line. He didn’t take us seriously and even encouraged the perpetrators to cut in line, wishing one of them a good flight. It felt like he knew the customers and gave preferential treatment to them since he let them cut in line so easily and the kids in the car were all teasing us since they successfully cut in line without anyone to reprimand them or tell them to get in line.
This was the first time I experienced such unpleasant service at an in-n-out and am extremely shocked at the childishness of this employee. It is unacceptable and he should have called for backup instead of ignoring everyone else who was in line and taking the perpetrators’ orders instead.
