I have to say, the employees here are the best. Even with a lot of people in store, they still have people coming to check how is everything, and take the trash away from you, even for consumers eating outside. I love this place.

It was first time at In N Out and I was not disappointed! The service was prompt friendly, and our order came quickly. The burger was delicious piping hot! The only reason for the 4 stars was the fries were a let down. Tasted like cardboard.

Usually every In-N-Out repeats your order. I repeated my order back to both workers who took my order and money. I made sure there was no onions. They told me no onions. I get my cheeseburger with grilled onions and mixed with the cheese. Paid more for something and they got it wrong. Twice. I also asked for only 1 tomato which I always do. And there were 2 tomatoes sogging up the burger. Nice new place but I literally ordered one burger and they screwed it up. I tried eating it but can't stand the taste of onions. Spent 10$ for fries and coke. The receipts don't even say no onions but they told me it was. If they messed up, ok. But this seems like they don't care.
Customer service could improve I clearly told cashier what dressings I wanted but when a girl called me to pick my food she had to ask me again and still she didn’t give what I asked but only some of it.
