The service and atmosphere were great! They gave us two extra cookies for free and samples of their ice cream while we were waiting. However, all they're cookies were very chewy and lacking flavor so I would give them a 2/5 stars. I will say their Oatmeal Raisin cookie was the best but their Canoli, Chocolate Chip, and Snickerdoodle cookies were pretty mid. Not much of a sweets person, but the smell dragged me in, and I had to try one. Ended up with the snickerdoodle and some sorta confetti cake deal. Thought they might be dry and got a tub o extra frosting. Fast foward sugar coma since I ate all of it at once. Dang good stuff.

Insomnia Cookies Is Great! Kudos to the cookie expert who makes them. I have ordered for delivery a few times now and they are consistently very good, they arrive warm and fresh every single time. As long as insomnia is here, I will not be getting my cookie fix from any other cookie franchise.

I love insomnia cookies! I have to say I love it more than crumbl cookies. My favorite flavors currently are double mint chocolate chip (reminds me of Andes candy), candy apple, confetti cake, everything I have tried from here tastes home made especially the classic cookies, not too thick which is perfect for me. I also love the ice cream too it goes perfectly with the cookies and has a homemade taste to it. I highly recommend getting your sweets here if you have an appetite for deserts. Also the customer service here is great. The Filipino guy who helped me near closing time was very friendly and answered all my questions.

So I did not plan on doing a review for Insomnia Cookies but when I ate these cookies, I was truly blown away. I ordered the Vegan Birthday Cake cookie, the Reese's Peanut Butter Filled Deluxe cookie and the Sugar cookie. ALL OF THEM were on point!That Vegan Birthday Cake cookie was just as good as the others. The Reese's cookie was warm and decadent. I thought about going to get another one today. Both times I went (I picked up an order for my students one day and an order for myself the second day) the store was empty. I was able to pick up my orders at the time I requested to pick them up. The store is located on a street with street parking. But if you order ahead, you can attempt to park in the lot off of Cass and Hornblend real quick and hurry back.The workers are chill and nice. It is not a space with seating inside, this is more of a togo store. They got other items besides cookies. They have ice cream, ice cream cookie sandwiches, icing, cookie cakes and more. They also cater. Looking forward to going back for another Reese's Peanut Butter Filled Deluxe.

Came here on a weekday afternoon. There was one other person in store and one employee. We were greeted and ordered. I ordered a chocolate chunk, double chocolate chunk and double chocolate mint.There had been a large order prior to us arriving so we were informed it would be a 5 minute wait. We decided to wait.There was an odd smell in the air that I could nit place and someone else who came into the store commented on it as well.As a bonus for waiting we got a peanut butter and jelly cookie.The chocolate chunk was good. I didn't eat it hot and it was still tasty. They remind me of thicker version of great american coookie company (not sure if they existed in malls on the west coast like they did in the midwest).The double chocolate chunk was super tasty. I enjoyed this one the second most. I did not try the mint cookie but my husband said it was very mint heavy (he likes mint so not sure if that is a positive or a negative).The stand out cookie by far was the peanut butter and jelly cookie which is a cookie I NEVER would have ordered as I do not like peanut butter cookies. This one was only lightly flavored of peanut butter but the sweet jelly flavors came through (if you don't like super sweet cookies may want to skip them).I am glad I tried them and will scoop some up if I am in the area but I have another cookie place that is closer to me, who has cookies I like more.
Walked in and was greeted right away. Nicole was super nice and personable. She was super nice because we had missed PJ night she still gave us the deal. The cookies here are amazing. They were fresh and warm right out the oven. My wife's favorite is the chocolate chip chunk. Thank you Insomnia and Nicole for tasty cookies and great customer service. We will definitely be back.

Wow. My bosses told me crumble cookie was over rated and I should try this place. I decided to give it a shot and I got a mix of a ton of stuff but the things that really stood out to me were the s'mores cookie, peanut butter one and even the original chocolate chip. The delivery driver came fast and had great communication and thank you to pikachu made them and even took the time to do little smiley faces. I'll be back this was AMAZINNNNG.

After @doordash left my order by a gate at the wrong address and the driver wouldn’t answer the phone, the amazing person @insomniacookies, remade the order and had the warm and delicious vegan cookies delivered…to the right address. Amazing cookies…awesome customer service!!!
