Ordered online. Easy peasy. Even had spot for special notes etc.
was told price was wrong bring cash to pay up charge
Paid up charge and when food came out it was wrong. Showed online order. Some arguing in kitchen ensued. I could hear it all.
Remade food. Server was great.
Food has changed. Tasted old and grease smell.
Disappointed because I wanted it to be good.
Last time.
I have ordered here over 100 times in 10 years. Miss old location and old cooks.

We went there as our first customers and had Chicken egg rolls and Steamed soup dumplings as appetizers. Our main course was Chicken kung pao with chow mein and Shrimp kung pao with fried rice, but it wasn't outstanding. However, I enjoyed our appetizers, especially the egg rolls, which had more flavor, and the Steamed dumplings, which were like a soup. I added black sauce and took it in one bite. The service was great, possibly because it wasn't crowded, and the lady who served us was friendly. We even got fortune cookies that tasted like they were five years old when I chewed them, like rubber!

Our Son who typically has good taste told us about this restaurant. Went there for lunch on a Sunday after church. After being seated we were asked what we would like to drink, we all asked for water… took a long time to get our drinks. We waited almost 15 minutes to place our order. We ordered the salt and pepper chicken wings as an appetizer… the wings were so so , to crispy. We then ordered the house special chow mein the house special beef and shrimp fried rice. The chow mein was pretty good not enough vegetables. The beef was not good at all, as it was pretty much like beef jerky and looked nothing like the pictures. The shrimp fried rice was actually very good!! Overall we felt the service was poor, as it took forever for everything. When I got home I looked them up online and found a lot of poor reviews especially about the service. Many people complained about the prices on their website are lower than what they are in the restaurant. I looked at what we had ordered and the prices are misrepresented on the website. Many people complained about being treated rudely… we were treated very well just poor service. We will not be going back but think you should try for yourself as we only have this one visit to rate them on.

Went there today for lunch. Heard some good things about this restaurant. We ordered egg rolls and the House Special Chow Mein with two soft drinks. Unfortunately the highlight of our meal was the 2 soft drinks.
The egg rolls were stuffed with a mushy chicken filling which lacked any cabbage or vegtables. Not to mention taste.
Our House Chow Mein had maybe 1/2 a celery stalk and a sparse sprinkling of cabbage. The disappointing fact was that the dish had no flavor. I put soy sauce, hot mustard chili oil...anything to impart some flavor. In the end I opted to bring it home and will try to doctor it up.
I don't like to complain so I asked for the check thinking that at least the fortune cookie would be good...I mean how do you mess up a fortune cookie?? Well...we received 2 stale unedible cookies....come on!
RB needs a good Chinese restaurant however it seems the Iron Wok is not it...at least for lunch.

This was the worst Asian restaurant I have ever been to. The service was extremely slow, and the food was horrible. I ordered Orange Chicken. It was a large serving, but the pieces were all very small, and all breading. Very dry too. The only reason we went to this restaurant was because we saw it had 4 stars. I was shocked after eating there.

Every time here it's been a very good experience with great food to choose from. If you're taking food out or sitting down it's worth the trip to this restaurant.

We love this place. We order take out. The servings are VERY generous. We always get the Chicken and Veggies and the veggies are plentiful. Our order is always ready on time, about 20 minutes. I've never eaten in the restaurant.

Worst Chinese food I've had in my 62 years, no exaggeration. Badly flavored sauces, barely any broccoli OR beef in the Broccoli Beef dish (full of carrots, zucchini, celery, etc. instead). Very few (maybe 8) cashews in the Cashew Chicken, which was also full of filler veggies. Egg rolls were like warm paste. Absolutely horrible.

Slowest place in town. They change the expected time at least 3-5 times. Avoid.
