I arrived about an hour before closing and they were backed up on orders. After putting in an order for the tiger milk with boba on the tablet myself, I waited over 20 minutes for my drink. It appeared the others who had already put their orders in before I arrived (about half a dozen orders) waited longer. While waiting, I heard at least one apology for the long wait, a couple of people checking in on their orders, and one messed up drink order.
I recall not having a bad experience in the past but with the long wait and mediocre boba (it was hard and not very chewy), I will not be returning. There are plenty of boba places in the area that are much better.

Mediocre boba tea. Missing sweetness level options. Only relevant due to its location near great food.
Poor customer service. Forces paying customers to pay for cups of water on a hot day. (A cup of water, not even bottled).

The Americano coffee tasted awful. It was supposed to be hot but came out at lukewarm. It was worst than the instant coffee. The whole shop inside smelled like “just bleached”. I will never go there again
