!!!!BEWARE!!!! HAIR IN FOOD AND FOOD POISONING!!!My fiance and I ate here because it was the only thing open and we were super hungry and needed to do Christmas eve dinner shopping. We both ordered the shrimp with spicy mayo and rice. When we both got our orders, we opened them up and both gasped at the same time. BOTH of our orders had hair DEEP into the food. Mine was mixed into the spicy mayo and his was wrapped around one of the tempura shrimp. I immediately showed the staff the issue and they did give us a refund and gave us free food. However upon getting the new food, my fiance realized that they simply recooked the same food and threw it back into the fryer, making it more brown in color. Before returning the food, he had messed with the shrimp tails so he would know whether they were the same. I was so hungry by this time, and I needed food due asap due to some medication I'm taking. I thoroughly inspected my food and began digging in until halfway through my fiance said to stop eating it because it was the same food. I was so upset and before throwing the food away, I decided to dig through the rice and found little hairs or fuzz hairs within it. That was at 12pm-ish. I have been at home now sick to my stomach with diarrhea. It was stupid of me to eat the food they had "remade" for us, and at the time I was too flustered to just tell them I didn't want their food. I learned my lesson but I will never eat here again, and my relatives that shop here at H-Mart will also be warned.

I came here to order Hotteok because it was a great and warming memory from my time I spent in Korea. Usually Hotteok in Korea is served piping hot, pan fried and really crunchy but this possibly "frozen" variant was thick, soft and not crunchy at all. The worst part however was that the sign on the front said 5 for $10 but I ended up being served 4 pieces. This was really frustrating as I even confirmed the quantity with the cashier as she even stepped outside the stall to read their 5 for $10. She confirmed 5 for $10 and then I ordered. Long and behold I only received 4 pieces which I then went back up and told them "hey this is only 4 pieces" And the cashier got the manager and gave me a typical answer like it is supposed to be 4 and kind of made me realize it's my problem for ordering it. They never gave me the 5th piece or an answer like we are so sorry blah blah blah. I'll never go back again. Edit: the cashier finally gave me the 5th piece as I'm writing this review. Still though that's bad customer service.

I don't like giving poor reviews but this place is quite upsetting. Tried the shrimp udong, there was a hair in it. They don't wear caps back in the kitchen. Poor quality food, I can make an udon taste better with an instant udon packet. He ordered the Cold Noodles and gave my hubby a stomach ache. I also ordered the Tuna Kimbap but never even received it. I forgot I ordered it because I was so upset of how poorly made everything is, I'm sure it wouldn't land far from the quality of other items. Ended up leaving our $40 food purchase untouched and later realizing we never received the kimbap.

This little Korean Style Snack Bar and Sushi Roll place has the tastiest homemade California rice rolls ever! The chef (Michelle) made them on the spot and we could taste the care with fresh ingredients in each bite! Appreciate that there was very little waiting and prices were fair. "Lana" was at the cash register and most helpful as well.

I am so disappointed for 떡볶이 (ddukppoki) I think that the dduk was cooked so long time or it is so old. firm level of dduk is the basic of the basic for this food. I think the owner neither eat that. if owner check this comment please check your ddukppoki.

We ordered Stir Fry Glass Noodle but It was too salty and the Fried Squid doesn't have any sauce or anything, we talked to them but they refused to do something about it.

Good food but cheap and rude owner!! I spent $57 on spicy rice cakes, dumplings, fried seaweed rolls and drinks to feed myself and my 2 kids and the owner refused to give me a to go box for our left overs. Like really?? I SPENT $57!!!! AND YOU CAN'T GIVE ME A $.10 TO GO BOX?!?!? Service means everything in this world and after the way he spoke to me, we will NEVER come back!

I ordered their crunch roll and am disappointed their rice isn't even sushi rice. It was quite "mushy" and plain. Definitely no vinegar flavor present. Bottom line, if you want sushi, don't come here.

Just had the absolute worse experience of my life here. I ordered a medium spicy rice cake with Ramen & cheese. But what I actually got was different from what I order and what I was charged for. The Korean man at the cashier charged me for a large, and for eggs instead of Ramen. He didn't even confirm my order with me, but just rush to charge me. After I open my order, I went back to talk to the cashier about it but he gave me attitude saying that the order already came out, that's it! He also gave me attitude when I ask him for extra utensils. Not only did I got completely ripped off, the item I ordered tasted terrible! The spicy rice cake tasted like taco seasoning or Mexican chili flavor. I would reconsider ordering food at this place. If you do order, please check your receipt to make you got charged correctly.

I really love the Korean food here…especially the kimbaps! Highly rec the beef and tuna kimbaps/rice rolls. This place always makes me so happy.

The tteokbokki (spicy rice cakes) wasn't to die for. It was pretty basic, not spicy at all. It was like a soup compared to others that I have. But I mean what more can I expect in a food court. Basically mall style food. I might be biased though because I had some tteokbokki from an LA restaurant that specifically specializes in tteokbokki only. That was the first time I tried it & the best I've ever tried. Nothing else compares to it. There was a language barrier w/ the man who rang us up. Which I am totally understanding of & very patient. I have family members who have language barriers so I understand. But he kind of scolded me when I asked him to repeat himself. He was asking what size I wanted. We got the medium size for around $11. It was doable but don't know if I'd order that from there again. I wasn't asked what spice level I wanted. I assumed it'd be the spiciest but it wasn't spicy at all.

I ordered the udon noodles and the service was very fast. I love this hmart location because of the food court at the front. I was excited to try this place because the korean food looked great in the photos. The udon was alright, nothing special. I wish the egg was more runny, like how they are usually supposed to be in soups. The broth was delicious and there were a lot of noodles. For $14, this was not worth it. The portion was a bit small and there are better authentic noodle places in Convoy. I want to try the spicy rice cakes and kimbap next time.

Literally called 20 minutes before picking up to find out my order wasnt even ready. Not only that but i explicitly ordered 2 of the same item. When i got there they made me wait another 10 minutes and only made 1 of my orders. What a waste of my time and money.
