It's Just Wings

I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

We ordered last night and not only were we shorted wings but the taste was awful. We’re so used to having a good experience at Chili’s, the restaurant these guys work out of we thought the taste would be okay. We were so wrong. We got Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan, and the taste was so off. Not totally inedible, but we had ordered saucy nuggets at Wendy’s last week and those were better taste wise for the sauces in comparison. Disappointed and wouldn’t try again.

gave my coworker completely raw chicken and customer service literally did not care

Price is good wings are really big undercooked their sauces suck and don't stick to the wings whatsoever. I've tried them multiple times and it's always the same watery soggy chicken wings

Im a usual customer and I’ve been realizing the quality of the wings have been dropping over the past few months but never would I thought it would get this bad, the wings i just ordered were horribly made looks like dog food literally just from the sight of it i wont even eat that garbage …. You guys have lost a loyal customer

ordered a 32 piece and were not disappointed! got Nashville hot and santa fe. Nashville wasn't very hot but still tasty. wings were great size and cooked perfectly. so juicy. fries also good. just needed a tad more seasoning. 8 out of 10 will order again!

Nasty chicken nuggets and didn't get my fries. Tasted like they were fried a few days ago and in used grease where other food was fried.

I was at the restaurant tonight with my friend, when we arrived the table was dirty and the waiters were passing by and none of them went to clean it, much less serve us. We waited more than 20 minutes and they first attended to a table with a couple who arrived much later than us, then more people arrived and they immediately went to clean their table, while they still did not attend to us because we were speaking Spanish. They are racists!I also hope you don't ignore my comment just because I wrote it in Spanish.It is a restaurant that provides service and they should care more about serving ALL customers well.

Defrauding customers, using a fake name. It's just the Chili's kitchen and staff. No in-person ordering, no inside pickup, anything they can do to hide that the brand is empty inside. It only exists so people think they aren't at a Chili's. Phone orders don't work and the site is buggy. It would only take a "by chilis" in the name to make this all ok, but no, this is so blatantly fake it's not even funny

After looking forward to visiting Chili’s we left disappointed and unliking to return. My husband ordered a burger which came out raw twice. In the end we gave up, had the cost removed from our bill. On a positive note our server was friendly and did his best, he kept the soft drinks topped up prior to the burger issue.

Just horrible! You could barely eat the wings. Overcooked and very tough. No flavor at all. The fries were like the bottom of the bag because they were in pieces. The food wasn't even hot. No!!!!

Just ordered wings for the Super Bowl..First time trying this place…in Boynton Beach,FL. Garlic Parmesan and Mild….we ate 2 wings a piece and that was it…worst wings we’ve ever had. Right in the garbage. If all you serve is wings,I don’t know how you stay in business.

delicious food, quick service, excellent customer service. have ordered from 2 different locations now and both were great everytime!
