It’s Raw Poke Shop is a must-try! The spicy mayo tuna & salmon were packed with flavor (generous on the mayo, so heads up!), and the macaroni salad was next-level (4.8/5).

Would’ve loved the option to mix my own sauces & swap white rice for brown. Cozy spot with friendly staff—just be ready for a line if you go on the weekend. Pro tip: hit it up for lunch!

15 minutes driving. 15 minutes parking. 10 minutes walking (parking is hard to find nearby). See a sign on the door that they decided to close for two days. 10 minutes walking back empty handed. 15 minutes driving back hungry.

Please have the decency to update your website or Google Maps letting customers know you'll be closed on a random Wednesday when you're supposed to be open. What a waste of an hour. Your poke isn't that great and has nasty chewy bits. Never coming back.

They are closed at random times and random days even though they say they are open online. The past 5 times I have gone they have been closed even though it always says open. It is extremely disrespectful to have people drive to your very inconvenient location just to be closed without notice. Please treat your customers with a bit more respect.

The best poke spot! The line is worth the wait but like other reviews have mentioned they will be randomly closed and the only way to know is to drive to the location and check

Best pokey in town, but one of the most inconsistent businesses in San Diego… you drive here to get the best and you see the apology sign outside even when it said it was open on all platforms

It’s closed

This place is closed from the 1st to the 20th. Yet they have it marked as opened on Google. Why not update your hours? I could understand 1, 2, 3 days even a week. But 20 days? Utterly ridiculous

I am very confused by the 5 star reviews. The food isn’t bad but I eat out all the time and the food is mid at best. Tried 2 different poke options. Lacks real flavor while having to wait 20 minutes in line. Am I missing something? I truthfully want to give a 1 star review to balance out the reviews but that wouldn’t be fair. Food is a 3

Small shop located within walking distance fm OB. Dine in not available so we have it take out and walk down to the beach to eat. Poke bowl is delicious. Very fresh and taste exactly the same like the one in Hawaii.

Had this as a saved destination and went for lunch on a Saturday — it was incredible. We shared a 2 Poke plate (spicy ahi, & shoyu ahi), as well as a Pulled Kalua Pork plate with rice and Mac salad. Oh! And a spicy tuna hand roll. Everything was incredible! Will 100% be going back. Waited in line for about 20-25 minutes but once you’re at the register it’s very fast service. First time visit and already a big fan! Can’t wait to go back.

It's a popular poke shop, and there were people lining up even after noon. The line is about an hour, the inside of the store is small, and only takeout is available. The beach is one block away, so you can often see people eating on the embankment. The taste is authentic and delicious, fresh and full of flavor. The macaroni salad on the side is a little different from other macaroni salads, being thinner and more delicious. The portions are sufficient and can be shared. It comes with a bite-sized piece of coconut jelly, which is also delicious.
