Amazing croissant!!! We had the bimbimbap. They were out of the one with beef and I’m sure if the vegetarian one was this awesome, the beef one will be even better. We loved it!

Absolutely phenomenal! Worth every single penny. Coffee drinks are outstanding and the Bakery goods are absolutely top notch. They care about their ingredients and they care about the execution and it shows! The service was outstanding as well as the ambience.
If you’re lucky, there will be a line outside, I refuse to stand in lines, so I tried going a few times, and then was able to get in, but again, it was worth it!

Chiming in here with all the other good reviews - food great, service great, vibe is great (especially if you come here early in the morning when no one is there).
If you get nothing else? The Tahitian Vanilla Knot and their standard croissant are an excellent one-two punch.

Izola is incredible. The service is friendly and attentive, and the pastries are easily some of the best I've ever had. The Bibimbap Croissant and Tahitian Vanilla Knot are next level, both being perfectly balanced with a beautiful flavor and texture. Their laminated dough is nicely buttery with a fairly light consistency, so the experience is pure pleasure, versus a dough that is more hearty/substantial (which is great in its own way!). Highly recommend.

Favorite baked good in SD so far. The veggie bibimbop and s'mores croissant are tremendous. The marshmallow is made in house and they bruleed so that it melts onto the chocolate brownie on the inside of the croissant at your table. I took home a loaf of garlicb sourdough which was fantastic sliced, toasted, and dipped in olive oil. Will definitely be coming back to eat through the menu in next few weeks/months.

Came here on a Friday morning around 10am and a lot of stuff was sold out but they had stuff coming out the oven if you wanted to wait. I came here for the beef bibimbap croissant and managed to snag the last one because of one of the bakers/workers (Colin) and I was sooooo excited. His customer service really elevated my experience here and the croissant was 10/10!! (Although $17 is a little pricey but I’m still glad I got to experience it!)

Everything I’ve tried here is delicious! The croissants are to die for (chocolate almond is my fav) and the sourdough is a dream! I stop in weekly because it’s THAT GOOD. It’s also a really open and beautiful space with tons of natural light, providing a nice atmosphere for a date or just chillin with a friend.

I’ve had many sour dough bread in my life and this is the hardest crust I’ve eaten. Really liked the atmosphere and food presentation. But the serving was average.

NEVER AGAIN GOING Back to FAILZOLA. Stay away don't waste your time. We drove 20 minutes to comeback empty handed and horrible experience . Terrible customer service and the online order is even more ridicules. The experience. The sales person takes the order and starts to ring me out to purchase the almond croissants at $12.12 each. Then he comes back and says he can't guarantee them because online orders get first priority. Then we went to buy online. We are able to place the items in the basket. Then when we go to pay the online order it says online that the time is not available. Then I changed the time and go back to pay and it says the item is no longer available. Stay far, far away from this place.

Okay, the croissant was flavorful and flaky. It felt like it melted in my mouth A. The muffaletto was out of this world with the taste, meat, and the combination of flavors that hit your taste buds. A- I wish it had a little more meat. The hot potion is a must-have if you drink tea A+. Service and knowledge over the top Andrea and Andrea, thanks A+.
