The wait time is ridiculous. They have more than enough workers and only have one person making the crepes.

Would you like to burn your mouth with hot Nutella? Because this is the place to do just that. After I let the crepe cool down it was just Nutella with banana, the actual crepe was nothing special. Not worth it, save yourself and drive the extra 2 minutes to Café Hue. Now they know crepes.

The crepes made me want to throw up, disgusting. I felt everything in my digestive system just spiraling and regurgitating. Only come here if you haven’t had breakfast lunch or dinner. It was an atrocious experience. on top of that, my crepe was falling like the leaning tower of Pisa. Would never go again!

I cane to J crepes for the first time woth my family. The guy working was very polite and hardworking. You can tell he was doing everything he could making the food and taking orders. This could be a 5 star place but the reason for the 3 stars is not because of the food or the customer service. It is purely for the company itself.I worked in the restaurant service industry for 20 years, doing everything from dishes to managing restaurantsIt upsets me to see companies exploding their workers. The restaurant was very busy and they only had one guy working, and they are lucky he is an extremely polite and had a very positive attitude, regardless of the fact that he was buried in orders all by himself. This is borderline exploration.I hate companies that exploit their employees to maximize profit.I might give this place another try just because the services was still good and the food is good. But if I see the same situation where is only one employee working during busy hours, I will never come back again. I will not support a business that has poor ethics towards their employees.

15mins waiting if 1 party is in line in front of you. No one greets the line. No one had any food waiting when I went. Parking lot is tiny. Of the 2 total ppl I saw, only one was doing any cooking. Inside of a grocery store so hars ro find.

Tried the brulee crepe, the initial experience was pretty good but it was way too sweet to really enjoy. There was an entire slice of cheesecake wrapped in the crepe, along with custard, whipped cream, and ice cream. If you don't mind risking diabetic ketoacidosis, this may be worth a try. At least the service was good and the workers were friendly.Edit: after watching the Instagram post again, looks like they briefly do show you everything inside the crepe, so that's on me. Changed from 2 to 4 stars, what you get is what is shown. Ultimately though, it's still way too sweet for what I would expect from an Asian dessert place

If calories aren't your concern go for the Crème Brûlée Crepe. Absolutely to die for. It took a while but came out perfect. It would be great if the person at the station had some energy to give off a better vibe of the place. Otherwise service was good.

Out of strawberries. Had to wait 15 minutes for 1 crepe when there wasn't even a line. You go to any crepe stand in Japan where it's infinitely more busy and you'll have a crepe in hand within 5 minutes. Only reason I'm comparing to Japan is because this is in a Japanese market, where the main clients will be Japanese. Step your game up JCrepes. It's a crepe, not rocket science.

Incredibly disappointed. Despite it being a cute little space, they're driving customers away. We arrived about half an hour after opening and was advised they were currently not taking any orders because they had too many orders in queue. They told us we could order in 20-30 minutes. When we returned, advised they had no strawberries (they're situated inside of a market, which had strawberries in stock) or cheesecake and could not make their newest advertised dessert, crepe brûlée, because no manager was on duty.

So good, huge portion. I got the strawberry and banana Nutella crepe with cream, it was delicious. Will definitely be back soon.

BEST CREPES IN TOWN!!! Don't let this place fool you by being in a grocery store, they make best crepes hands down! The first time I got the banana, Nutella crepe and it was delicious! They made it right there and I got my crepe right away. I love how it's folded so you can just bite into it! Honestly it tastes better this way opposed to just cutting into it as you get more of everything in each bite. Today I went back again and wanted to try the crème brûlée but they ran out of custard so I opted for the banana, strawberry, Nutella crepe instead. I had to wait about 20 minutes or so to get it and it was worth the wait! I also love the crime they put into it, it's better than the usual whip cream they put in crepes. I recommend this place 100% and will definitely keep coming back!

Michael!!!! This guy is in fire!! Seriously THE BEST customer service you could ever ask for!!! Okay, okay, let me get to the real reason we're here - the food! We ordered the mango slushy with boba and seriously my fellow Yelpers, it's on point!! They use real mango blended with ice and it was so yummy. This location is in the front part of a large grocery store but as soon as you walk in, you can't miss it to your right. Check them out and if you see Michael, be sure to give him a high five!

Oooof... Maybe a one off. But it took 30min to get three crepes. At the moment I recommend ordering, doing your shopping, and coming back haha. Oh and you might get someone clearing their throat over your food while it’s being made. No hair net or sleeves rolled up. Good luck everyone!
