This is an adorable old school small family Italian restaurant! Loved everything about our experience and will definitely be back!

Old Town San Diego. Quaint. Quiet. Romantic. Perfect end to our day after riding with Old Town Trolly Tours. The chicken piccata and lasagne knocked our socks off. Cannot wait to return!

Music on the patio, standards, easy to listen or talk as you choose. Quieter inside but can still get the music in the background. Great food, excellent wine.

Absolutely outstanding. Quality menu. Delicious and pretty presentation. Fantastic authentic Italian music piped in. Good portions. Fair price.

Overall, we had an enjoyable evening. Seated on the patio with or dog, it was comfortable with good ambiance. Had a caeser salad which just romaine lettuce with a bottled caesaroid dressing-not exciting. Also scampi Giulio which was good and came with a small side on uninspiring penne with a bland marinara. Garlic bread was descent but extra charge

Best shrimp scampi in town. Bragged about it to family so much that I had to prove it. Did not disappoint.

My husband and I were on the hunt for a top-tier Italian restaurant, and we're so glad we stumbled upon Jack and Giulio's Italian Restaurant--what an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, everything exceeded our expectations.

The food was authentic, delicious, and packed with rich, vibrant flavors. Every bite felt like a trip to Italy! You can tell the ingredients are high-quality and that the dishes are crafted with real care and passion.

Love the “old Italian” ambience of this place and the exceptional food and service. Jose was our waiter and did an awesome job of taking good care of us.

A wonderful atmosphere, delicious food, and wonderful wine served at the perfect temperature. The service was very friendly and professional. I will definitely be back.

Scampi is fantastic. Veal Parm was excellent. Sides of pasta and sauce were average. Cocktails were well made. Prices were reasonable.

Absolutely superb dining experience. We came after a day at the zoo and felt comfortable being there in casual clothes. I got the panzerotti and it was divine!!!! Highly recommend.

This was our 2nd time dining at Jack & Giulio and both times were outstanding. Gabriel was our server and he was extremely attentive. The Scampi alla Giulio is a must-try! It is absolutely delicious! Be sure to ask for the scampi on a bed of linguini - the sauce is amazing and those noodles swimming in that delicious sauce is perfection. Two people in our group. had the Scampi fra Diavolo and both said it was amazing. Another friend had the chicken marsala and he loved it too. All in all, we couldn't have asked for a better meal and experience.

We have been to Jack and Giulio's many times. The food is always consistently amazing; from the pasta dishes, to the veal, the chicken , and the seafood. The service is always outstanding, and the ambiance pleasant.
