This place refuses to help walk in customers!! The women inside refuse to answer the window and only help the ppl in the drive through. What's the point of having an outside dining area if you refuse service to the ppl at the window. Very disappointed. I walked away so did the lady before me. She was knocking and knocking at the window and they refused to help her, they just looked at her and kept doing whatever it was they were doing. I just got off work, and needed a bite to eat but unfortunately this place won't help you if your not driving. Which is sad because a lot of ppl work, and use public transit. I walked down to Carl's Jr about a block away and they provided me with excellent customer service; They were very friendly and helpful, they didn't ignore me like this place did.

Annie as she says her name was just very unprofessional and lacked attitude control. In order to add an item, i had to go through drive thru a second time, which i did but her attitude was just really poor as she slammed the window after giving me order. VERY UNWELCOMING TO CUSTOMERS!

Just got back from this jack on the box, the lady that works inside got both munchie meals wrong, she gave us no straws and didn't ask if we wanted any sauce. This is my 2nd time going here and it's the 2nd time the orders have been wrong. I don't normally leave reviews. I just find it completely unacceptable to get orders completely wrong. I'm sick of it. There are multiple fast food places around here that get orders completely wrong so now I'm gonna be a yelp review like South Park. You wanna pay these people $20 an hour for the easiest job and they still can't get it right. I'm disgusted.
