I guess the friendly customer service was just a jack in the box commercial act 🎬 because the 3 piece chicken strip felt harder than 1 inch rubber.....seriously. I literally couldn't bite into it, and it had to have been sitting around in there all day or longer to get that hard. That was total disrespect for their customer. And they cry for better wages pfffs. I won't be wasting my hard earned money there anymore. We're not wild animals, jesus.

I asked for a vanilla and chocolate shake and when she gave it to me, it was vanilla and cookies and cream, and I told her I don’t want the cookies and cream. I want chocolate so instead of give me a new one she just added chocolate to the cookies and cream, which tasted like crapso to me it’s very unprofessional and lazy of the employee there

In the bathroom the lights go out. I think the sensor doesn't work and it's hard to find the exit without light. 😶🌫️😳🤷💡
