I made an order through uber eats when I got my food it was close but when I was eating I found a piece of paper inside my salad the one to use to clean their hands. This Jack never answers their phone. I called the store many times but no one ever answered I called a different Jack within the same franchise. they said someone should always answer the phone but didn’t. I couldn’t go to the that’s why I order to be delivered.

Terrible Experience – Ruined My Christmas I finally have the time to write this review about an awful experience I had on December 21st. I placed a mobile order at Jack in the Box and realized I forgot to add something. When I arrived, I placed a new order at the speaker for a #5 Bacon Double Smash Jack Combo with 7 Jalapeño Poppers instead of fries. Everything seemed fine, and I headed home with my food. Since I hadn’t eaten anything all day, I was starving and excited to dig in. The food tasted good initially, but that didn’t last long. Within a few hours, I started feeling nauseous, and by midnight, I was incredibly sick—nonstop vomiting, stomach cramps, chills, and fever. I had food poisoning, and it completely ruined my Christmas plans. Instead of enjoying the holiday with my family, I spent it curled up in pain. Something must have gone seriously wrong with the food preparation or handling because this kind of experience is unacceptable. Food safety should be a top priority, and Jack in the Box failed miserably here. I won’t be returning, and I’d strongly urge others to think twice before ordering from this location.

If you’re thinking about working here…don’t. Do not expect to have a team that will look out for you/each other. Instead, expect to be berated by rude customers almost always, for doing your job and not being able to do anything except hide your tail between your legs and allow it to happen. Don’t think about defending yourself either against threats or erratic behavior too or else you’ll be fired. The management team could care less about you or your well-being and safety. If you like being talked down to and cursed at with no one on your side to back you up, work at Jack. 20 dollars may be cool, but it’s not being miserable and getting punked by customers cool. This isn’t to ruin anything; simply to look out for people.
Menu has lots of options and breakfast is all day! Value menu food is dry.

As always, some of the very best tasting and quality prepared with fresh ingredients fast food available anywhere. Good thing too, for the time period from customer order to release to customer is, from my experiences, commonly amongst nearly all Jack 'N Box establishments is entirely too long. Yet the food so great...obviously worth even enduring the late delivery at the counter time. Try their chocolate shakes, they ROCK also!
