I've never had Jack in the box before until then and it was the best decision. I tried the French toast sticks and they were absolutely amazing I ended up getting another batch. The staff there was absolutely amazing and very sweet and would occasionally check on us to see how we are doing

i come here pretty often to drive thru and grab a quick lunch if i don’t pack for work. every time i come michael is always so kind and remembers me. he makes conversation with me and my friend and is so friendly. he always remembers me by my order too!

I was in a hurry so I ordered on the App. When I got there, the cashier was taking an order and I was waiting for my order that was sitting in the pick up shelf another customer walked up and she took his order without acknowledging me. Then I saw the driveup cashier walk behind the counter so I asked him for my order then he told me I have to wait for the cashier up front. So I told him that she keeps taking orders and I ordered online to skip the line. He got mad, grabbed my bag and started throwing ketchup and taco sauce in my bag that I did not ask for as if to just get rid of me. I felt so unwelcome being there.
