This place is trash! I got a car but if you order from the actual restaurant they put you to the side like you’re nothing! Take the drive thru! Or you will get put on the back burner! Very sad for the people that have no car!

I usually don’t like making reviews but this location is ridiculous. I’ve gotten food from here for years every single time the order is messed up somehow doesn’t matter if I personally go there or DoorDash they always find a way to do the order incorrectly. There soda machines also always taste awful idk if it’s just not carbonated or they water it down to much.the only thing I can count on from this place is to ruin my food.

Wow your employees like to threaten customers with ICE. I saw someone posted about it on a review and Jack in The Box has answered all reviews besides that one. Very sad very disappointing considering Latinos support jack in the box for years now.
I’ve been here a few times, and every time I get an opportunity to observe the food handling of the women making the hamburgers, I cringe when I see their not wearing any gloves. and not to pick on that woman, none of staff are wearing gloves at this location which is enough to make me sick and I hope to God I don’t get sick. it’s very possible if you eat here and later on you feel yourself getting sick It’s probably because they don’t wear gloves and don’t thoroughly wash their hands. It’s one thing if the food is rotten or there’s mold or that’s one thing, but the high probability of poor sanitation, not wearing gloves. Ive walked in and seen them on their phones, put the phone in their pockets and begin to handle food. think of all the viruses and bacteria on the cell phone that’s now on your hamburger buns or anything else that wasn’t deep fried it’s really disgusting and I’ll be honest. This is the last time I’m coming here many other restaurants do the same, so I always call them out. If you go through my reviews, you will see lots of restaurants that don’t wear gloves and I won’t go there anymore. What’s nice about most McDonald’s in the habit Burger is there almost always wearing gloves? The owner of this Jack in the box franchise couldn’t care less.

Got a munchie meal this evening at this location and Alejandro wasn’t very pleasant. The job might be difficult or tiring but the least you can do is try to be nice and smile, specially when you’re getting paid for it. We were very surprised to see that there were no cookie OR churros with our meal. It was my first time in Jack in The Box, i’m very disappointed.
