Wife and I got a supreme croissant and ultimate breakfast sandwich on Feb 25th. 9am.
Eggs were overcooked and had a green tint to them. Not sure when these were actually cooked. Most disgusting breakfast sandwiches ever. We were both sick the rest of the day.
2nd time this has happened. Won't be a 3rd.

I visited late at night (24 hrs) and received prompt courteous service. The windows attendee was gratuitously patient for my unique situation which can feel like a rare attribute sometimes in this hurried world. A welcome relief and the food was, as Jack consistently is, very tasty.

I understand the area sucks, but there was literally some fat homeless woman lingering by the fountain drinks, there was trash on the tables that hadn't been wiped down and seriously, the price was WAY to high. My Double Smash Jack combo was almost $17! For a couple bucks more you can go sit down at a restaurant with clean tables and have your food brought to you... Fast food needs to remember it's place. Affordable, convenient and fast. If you AREN'T hitting those 3 key elements, your gonna have long term problems... Ask McDonald's why they are being subsidized by Coca-Cola right now 🤣😂.

I went through the drive-thru at 2:20 am last night, and instead of passing the credit card number pad to me to put my pin in the keypad, the guy asked, "What's your pin?". I was like no way, man, pass me the machine. This is a totally inexcusable and insecure way to treat customer credit information by all standards and possibly a red flag that card information is being compromised.

They messed up my order, and I found a hair in my food.. I'm starting to think requesting for a decent trip through the drive-thru is excessive.
Everytime I pull up, everybody in the kitchen "coincidentally" has something to do by or around the drive thru window; to the point i'm thinking I need to become some sort of celebrity or something. I must have that "it" factor... I'm never rude and always overly polite, but I get service as if the workers are offended by me in some type of way. Are most fast food workers, miserable and/or mentally impaired?? It kind of seems, that way

The young guy curly hair that work overnight is the greatest, employee of the month, employee of the decade, at that place give him a raise.
That being said the fact the lobby closes and you can only use EBT inside is bothersome also late night walk up why can't we walk up in order just suggestions
