Horribly understaffed following a concert at the Pechanga Arena. 45 minutes to get through the drive through. It looked like only 2 people were working. The poor cashier did the best she could.

This was by far the best Jack in the box if had in years!! If in the area again, I will definitely be back!
Most of the food here is just processed warm ups..terrible! I use to live in SoCal & this was the spot, now most of the food is dropped in hot oil & served greasy 😳 So long Jack-N-the box 📦 the tacos no way!

I use the app to ensure that I get my meal how I would like it customized. A burger I ordered had the 'drive-through custom' sticker but included everything I asked to exclude. Curly fries were so hard, tasted like they were from the night before. Also, though I'm sure this is a management decision, 'Jr. Double Jumbo Jack' had only one slice of cheese though the advertised photograph clearly shows two. Ask corporate to change their photo if they are only going to sell with one slice.

Hmm, I was told this place was fire. So I decided to go. Sadly, the place was really dirty which makes for an un-appetizing dining experience. Next- the cashier was rude and made me feel like I was holding her up because I didn't decide what I wanted in .25 seconds. My first time- cut me some slack. I like to read the menu before I decide what I'd like to eat. Lastly, it was not "fast food" at all. It took over 10 minutes to get it. The taste was pretty good but after all that, I had lost my excitement about dining there. Not enjoyable for me at that location but I'll give them another try at a different spot. 🤷♀️
