I never order the new stuff on menu but it looked tempting I haven't eaten anything all day so im like ok yes I will try the double bacon smash burger looks pretty good on the picture. Well u see wat it's suppose to look like and wat i received. NOT EVEN CLOSE TO IT !! VERY UPSET VERY DISAPPOINTMENTED . didn't check my order til u got home had my dogs with me so that was my bad cuz I would have returned it!!!!

This is the second time we order here and the food came out cold again and it is definitely one of the worst Jack in the Box we have been to. We thought the first time was just a bad day for them but now a second time with the same experience, I’ve come to the conclusion that it is the worst fast food place to go to. The taste is way off compared to other Jack in Box restaurants. Never coming back here again. Don’t waste your time coming here unless you like your tacos, burgers and fries cold and tasting a day old.

It's pretty good food, the burgers are a little small. The only reason service isn't five star is because out of every time I've gone, they have never once remembered to give me a straw whi h is a minor inconvenience but certainly worth mentioning.
