We just went last night to get my husband an Oreo shake. Service was disappointing.When he ordered his shake on the call box, there was a long pause. So we thought the employee didn't hear him. We've both been sick, and Scott's voice is just starting to come back, so he ordered it again in case his voice was too raspy to understand. The order taker replied with a sarcastic, "I heard you the first time."This was really disappointing.I don't know if this was her fault or a lack of training as she could have initially replied with ok, thank you or ok, anything else, etc...When we got to the window we saw that she was taking the orders as well as taking the payments and giving people their orders and we never could tell if she was talking to us or to the person placing the order.Hopefully, this can be resolved to prevent this from happening to others. We have choices when it comes to anything, and we're not sure we'll be back here for a shake any time soon.

They take time to deliver orders and make you wait in the parking lot when you order at drive thru. My nugget was quite burned...there was a lack of staff at the time I went to buy.

If I could zero or negative stars I would. The only reason why I ever went to this Jack in the Box is because it's very close to my house, however, the service there is absolutely atrocious.1. Despite having posted business hours often times the doors to the business are closed and locked without notice so if you're a walk in you can't order.2. They have a very long wait time whether it's take out or dine-in. I've been late for work from my lunch break several times b/c of this.3. Their cashier's are extremely rude. The last time I came not only was the wait extremely long despite the inside being near empty, instead of the cashier handing me my bag he tossed it at me.4. Months later I came to order and the manager told me he was refusing my service because I was rude the last time I came in. Is that because I caught the bag the cashier tried to throw at me or is it because I reported the cashier's behavior to the website on the Jack in the Box receipt?
