My $25 meal is disappointing all the way around. I literally live 5 minutes from here. I ordered a grilled sourdough jack meal with crispy fries, and a 5 piece chicken strips. Why is everything cold? And fries soggy. Stale chicken strips... The only thing that taste right is the sprite. No wonder it's a 3.6 Star. The burger is dry, the bread is cold and stale... Service was rude too. I'm not happy 😔

Poor customer service, had about it attitude during ordering. They made us go back to the beginning to reset their clock through the drive-thru. Then made us wait an additional 10 minutes new front of the store

I love you guys but I am really bummed that your restaurant location is no longer available/shown on the mobile app. Are you guys receiving mobile app or online orders. It is super frustrating. I now can only place orders to Midway location. I think this was due to your location’s card acceptance being down, but now that it is back up, I still can not use the app or my web browser to order from your location. I hate to see you lose all this business from technicalities.

Order an ultimate cheese burger with no sauce just meat and cheese, and a grill cheese sandwich, my ultimate was meat only and when I called the employee hung up on me, bad business ethics.
