The staff here are very friendly. I ordered breakfast for takeout and one item was missing. I was ready to let it go, but the store manager, Gabriela, actually reached out to me via text to offer a refund or a replacement. When I went back the next day, the staff remembered me immediately and had the order ready. I felt very respected and valued as a customer.

Terrible customer service. 2 homeless were in the restroom for 15 min. And they wouldn't come out. Cashier and workers refused to open the other bathroom for customers to use of kick out the couple in the restroom. About 5 customers just waited. The cashier said she was too busy to even worry about it.

French fries are always cold .! And never golden. And the place is always half closed . They close it off so they don't have to clean, but people just use the closed off area anyway lol. .and Recently about two weeks ago I Tried to pay on a registers kiosk and I paid for someone else's order and the damn manager didn't refund me my money. And I never go it back 😭. This place sucks .

The team leader told me to go back to Mexico and called me a wetback. I’m an American citizens born here. Very racist i can’t believe this is the type of people they have working here. He looked like he didn’t have papers himself. Will be reporting to health inspectors and ICE to make sure he has the right documents.
