my mom and I went there to eat breakfast, the attention was good but soon we noticed that an old lady was bothering us and screaming like harmful things towards us (i personally didn't understand very clearly but i picked up some insults) and she followed us into the booth that we were going to eat in, we hoped one of the workers there would try to make her stop since it was our first time in that jack in the box, but none of them did. one male costumer stood up and confronted her until she left. the food was pretty good but after that incident we didn't feel comfortable since no one tried to help us.

Unfortunately my experience at this Jack in the Box was not a good one. I usually don’t have any problems but today as I was waiting to be attended, I was left ignored, dismissed, and shrugged off. Not one employee came to attend me and I was left waiting for more than 5 minutes. I understand employees are busy but even after making eye contact with the employees I was still left waiting.

Was there recently and the staff were very polite. Awesome food. Restaurant was a little dirty (what do you expect) and the soda selection was limited. Some sodas were straight-up disabled, and some had very little flavor selections. Perfect if you're a broke SDSU student

Terrible restaurant. Not only is the food average but the employees are vulgar, hateful, disrespectful and insolent. Specifically the woman with the pink hair, if she cannot handle having a basic level of respect then she should not be working there. To work in customer service requires being polite and kind, which that woman obviously lacks. Would never come again, and highly advise anyone else to avoid this restaurant and its insulting staff.

Workers are extremely rude screaming profanities, would not give me my food but rather yelled at me and literally tried to belittle me for my order. Especially worker with pink hair and other boring looking guy with cap, very rude employees and I am very unsatisfied with my service (they literally could not just put the fries in the bag) and uncomfortable with their behavior. Will not be coming back, they have lost mine and my circle’s business.

My favorite Jack in the Box in the city. The staff is very friendly. They will offer to make fresh coffee when the current batch is a little old, and the food is always on point.
Someone came in with homemade food asked for a cup of ice and for his juice he bought across the street and sat in there and ate . Very interesting

They have the cool soda machine that makes a million flavors and can add any of the several flavor shots to any of the normal sodas. Want cherry vanilla grape Coke? This will do it

Strawberry milk shake tastes best, got the large size and shared with my friend. went here for spicy chicken burger which is only 99cents. Total on bill is even more than $1. I always share my take out orders also. Evenings not busy. Perfect for students as it gets busy lunch hours when cycles are parked in a cell and students run here. Its a comfortable seating for dineins. Well the strawberry shake costs you around $2. Thats plenty to fill up if you are hungry and tastes very good. After going here i understand health better as they are clean.
