I don't understand how you can repeatedly serve sloppy made food. Burger buns can't even stay whole, fall apart two bites in. There's way too much mayonnaise, like 2 heaping tablespoons worth, and then a dot of mustard. I tell them to take it off, the mayo, and they leave it and add more it seems. And there is water from the lettuce. I guess I just should be glad they washed it. Now I have mayo all over me since the burger just fell apart. Not happy and not sure yall deserve $20 an hour. Do better.

This is not a fast food restaurant because it takes forever to get your food. You might as well go to a restaurant and have a waiter come

I don’t often eat at fast food but I think I will stop altogether… Disgusting. I had to tell them to wash their hands before they packed my food… they were handling trash and then started to pack the food right away. Disgusting. The salad was old literally brown leaves and the box was dirty inside with some white powder/dust. Plus some fries were burnt to crisp! Disgusting.

When you’ve been drinking, and everything else is closed and over priced… this place is my GO TO, they’re open super late, they’re affordable, and I’m always left full, and happy. This place is the most underrated place I’ve ever been to SO much better than In and Out

There was so much toxic smoke billowing out of the men’s restrooms that no one could enter the restroom. Thank god there weren’t children in the dining room! The employee admitted that this happens daily. Time to change the name to “ crack in the box”.
I didn't have a good experience. Other branches are better. It wasn't friendly.

Homeless people surround the entrance multiple homeless people also occupy the bathroom at the same time so I would never walk in after that arrangement and you cannot get away from this restaurant without being asked 40 times for money from homeless people literally standing right next to each other and hearing you say no this place is disgusting and there is trash homeless trash strewn everywhere and homeless people hang out and unload all their garbage onto the table and probably camp out for the entire day inside the restaurant probably not a clean environment either after seeing two homeless people both men in the bathroom I strongly suspect drugs were being injected and I could never use a biohazard situation like that just to go to the bathroom

For some reason your staff for overnight really needs to be replaced. As a veteran I know I show my military id as proof for the discount. To some it may not be much and I understand but to me in sd every penny counts. On multiple occasions I was unable to get lunch due to your staff not wanting to give me the discount after I providing my ID. The first time the same guy from Claudia’s review three months ago actually told me they don’t have military discount, then he proceeded to tell me it only applies to drinks. Why is he still there?…then this morning around 2:35 am the Hispanic guy with the small white gauges tells me he needs to see my id for verification…excuse me since when I know it’s not in your policy. So as I’m telling him I never had someone ask me that he begins to tell me he has a right to refuse service if there is an issue… the issue is your professionalism and not sure if the night crew has something against veterans but I just wanted some food as I work grave yards as well!!

Food was as yummy as fast food gets and never had an occasion where my food wasn't fresh tasting. All and all is return, but through the drive-through at this location, unfortunately, the inside isn't very well maintained, but the service was topnotch, so I overlooked it, lol.
