I love Jack in the box especially open 24 hours I'm hooked on your tacos your breakfast jacks and the garlic parmesan chicken wings that you have now I go to hog Heaven every time I eat them šŸ·šŸ˜‹šŸ˜‹šŸ˜‹

One of the worst customer service experiences I've had. Sadly, this is becoming commonplace at Jack in the Box. I ordered 3 breakfast Jacks with bacon and got 3 with ham, when I went in the Manager told me I didn't say bacon, essentially calling me a liar. All they had to do was add bacon to the 3 sandwiches and instead made 3 new ones, put ham and bacon on all 3. For as much money as these guys are making, they need to remember what customer service is. Food maker is a San Diego company and they need to monitor their stores for customer service and fraud

Whenever I go to this jack in the box late at night there is this one guy at the drive thru window who is really rude and has the nastiest attitude. We never say anything because we just want to get our food, but today he was horrendously rude. Me and my boyfriend pulled up to the drive thru, I ordered what I wanted and since my bf wasn’t ready the guy rudely told us he had too many orders online and tell him when we knew what we wanted. We said okay, we would let him know when ready. We told him we were ready, he didn’t say anything and we waited. We said we were ready again and he still didn’t say anything, we waited some more before saying hello? And he rudely said ā€œI told you guys to wait, i have orders onlineā€ we told him we had waited and just wanted to finish placing our order, to what he said again ā€œ yeah I told you guys to waitā€ we asked for his name and he refused to tell us, and continued to tell us to wait, we asked his name again and he left us talking alone in the drive thru and closed the window on our faces. He did not take our order, told us his name or came back to the window. If he’s unhappy with his job, he should work elsewhere instead of taking it out on customers. If he’s understaffed then you guys should accommodate enough staff to work at night during rush night hours.
Meanwhile you have horrible customer service at your window every night :)

Disgusting food.

There was some kind of white slime on my salad. The guy at the window wouldn't give me vinaigrette, he lied and said they had only ranch.

Prices are a ripoff too for the tiny portions.

Go to Taco Bell instead.

Came to get breakfast, order was wrong and when I returned the manager Yesy was blaming us for her mistake. After arguing with us at the drive thru. She originally put the correct order on the screen and changed it after bc the receipt and the food did not match what she originally put, what I originally asked for.

It always looks great on the menu but when you get your food, it's absolutely not like the pictures, plus it's usually smashed..fries cold..nit even worth the money spent..for 2 people it's around $ 30 or more ..seriously

Good service, but even though the parking lot says it is for customers, the spaces are occupied by cars of people who live in Them and the bathroom is horribly dirty

The employees and the owner of this place must just be total idiots. They don't seal food that they deliver to you. So a driver can just eat your fries or have a taste of your food. And whoever's working the drive-thru at night can't even speak English

Went through drive through around 6pm today and ordered tiny tacos, 4 tacos, and 7 jalopeano poppers. Left thinking everything was there and discovered the tiny tacos weren’t in the bag. Instead I received cold fries which I didn’t order. So someone else got my my tacos and I got their cold fries. I wanted to check the receipt but realized they didn’t give me one. A little shady. Hopefully they’re not charging other peoples orders to my card.
