Me and my girlfriend come to jack in the box every time the padres hit a home run. Our order is always the same we get a large drink, a large twisted soda, and two jumbo jacks with cheese. On our last three visits however our twisted soda was made incorrectly which is my girlfriend’s favorite drink. The first time we let it go and didn’t say anything. The second time we asked them to remake the drink and they did (and they even comped the drink which was a nice gesture) however on our most recent visit we met Luciana who when we politely explained the beverage was made wrong she told us she would not remake the drink. I explained to her that we come every time the padres hit a home run and this makes us regular customers during the baseball season and the drink being made correctly is important to my girlfriend. Luciana responded by screaming at me in Spanish grabbing the drink and pouring milkshake all over the top of the beverage. I could see that she was not in her right mind and asked for my money back which she did return to us. I am posting this review because me and my girlfriend have a little tradition of coming here after padres home runs and it just killed the vibe of our night. We would like to continue our tradition but being treated like that is unacceptable especially since I was very polite and cordial. I will be contacting jack in the box corporate about this situation in hopes that there will be a resolution so me and my girlfriend can finish our padres season which only has 4 games left.

DO NOT PLACE A ORDER ONLINE! I spent 16 dollars online went to pick it up they said they never got it but I already paid. So I show the email confirmation and the app confirmation and there employee gave me an attitude and said I can’t help you ridiculous! I literally show you an email confirmation with the store number and the order shown as paid and get turned away is really bad business. I’ll just dispute the charges and move on just wanna give everyone a heads up.

We went there tonight on 08/25/2024 at8:00 pm what ever guy is working the drive through is super rude and disrespectful food is stale and cold would not recommend also the bathroom had poop allover the floor

Don't eat here.. This place is always horrible.. The customer service sucks and always magically find hair in my food.. I placed a complaint w/ corporate about my gripe(s), and haven't received feedback in over 2 weeks. I hope they get shut down, by the food bureau

This Jack in the Box is where several of their employees spewed Antisemitic hate filled words towards myself, one of their employees poisoned my tacos and then when I was on the phone with local police the individual responsible for poisoning me ran out the back door then they the police chased the perp down the long street as he darted. Now that employee is in custody and I will never go to another Jack in the Box again.
