The drive thru was backed up so I went inside instead. It took 25 minutes to get our food. I could have gone through the drive thru 3 times. No explanation, no manager contact, just a small sorry from the register guy. Tacos were terrible, food was Luke warm.

The cashier was extremely friendly and the restaurant looked clean and the food was good, hot and freshly made, so Kudos on all that. What was a bummer was I had looked online before going there and they showed 2 tacos for $1.00 and 2 Jumbo Jacks for $5.00. When I went to order in person I was told that you only get those deals if you order online, though I didn't read or see anything that stated that on the web page. Maybe I missed it, but I still find it shady advertising. If it's on the web page it should also be in house. I personally don't like ordering online to show up to restaurant and the food is cold and/or soggy.

Hope that girl that got the cups dropped on her is okay. I've eaten Jack in Box a lot of times in a lot of places and the food at this one was especially well made. The fries especially were so seasoned and I loved it.
