I’m not sure if there is new management or what but the service here is atrocious. Extremely rude customer service in the drive-thru. The girl taking my order and managing the drive-thru seemed more interested in chatting with her coworker than helping customers. My food was just sitting on the counter for several minutes while the two ladies proceeded to gossip. I’ve worked in customer service for a number of years. I understand life at a fast food restaurant can be stressful and sometimes mundane but come on ladies. Grow up

Listen, I don't expect gormet at jack in the crack, but for $21 I do expect mediocre basic food. I'm pissed and disappointed. What is this????

They get orders wrong a lot especially for delivery orders. Drive thru is okay but make sure you get the correct change because sometimes you'll get too much or not enough (both have happened to me recently) and it's common to have missing/wrong items.

On the door of the building, it states they open at 6 AM but the staff does not unlock the doors at 6 AM. It’s really sad to see a business say it’s open and it’s not but the staff stares at you like they are.

So I came to get breakfast and the manager that was there wasn’t able to break a $50. She said it was too early and didn’t have change. How can you not have change for $50? So I was unable to order.
This location constantly gets orders wrong, so this latest experience is the last straw for me. Received a double when I ordered a triple bonus jack. Did the survey online, no response from them, so I guess jack doesnt really listen.. I didn't even drive in during a busy hour at 2:00 pm!

The burgers are extremely salty. I thought that maybe it was just the one time but upon another visit different location same result salty burgers and day old fries.
I ordered 2 breakfast Jack's to go. When I opened up my order there was no eggs,cheeze, and no ham. I received one piece of bacon and a dried out reheated sausage patty on both of my breakfast jack. They never gave me a chance to order something else. Pay high prices and get ripped off. Your going say how sorry you are with no refund. Been trying to leave a review about the owner telling me how sorry they were with my experience. Directed me to a website. What a waste of time and insulting. Keep the money. Your not going to do the right thing, it's not about hate it's about responsibility

Watch out!!!! 🚨too much oil all sandwiches there!! Always 2 much wip on shakes ,taco super greessy! And old!! Never no napkins givin! Employee steals, 2 much air at your face at drive thru window and y will get sick and sneeze while exiting out!! Sad but true pull up and watch and see for your self✌💯
