Tacos always stale , fries always cold , wrong orders . Usually only stop by if absolutely need to.. and never seems to fail on food being cold or visibly seeing the food just been sitting there for awhile

This was not good. I got a chicken sandwich meal and upgraded to a large curlies because I was hungry. The chicken on the sandwich was not good. Hard, greasy, old and overcooked. The fries were about half full. And they gave me the wrong drink! Considering this meal cost like $12 this was a big L

I work graveyard shifts often 12 hours long starting at 8pm and off at 8am and this is the only place open late in the area and I sometimes come here. The service is always awful and they sound annoyed they have to do their job. I’m not expecting huge smiles and all that but at least a “your total is c amount” instead of just “next window” in a tone that sounds like a teen being told to clean their room.

I’m not sure if there is new management or what but the service here is atrocious. Extremely rude customer service in the drive-thru. The girl taking my order and managing the drive-thru seemed more interested in chatting with her coworker than helping customers. My food was just sitting on the counter for several minutes while the two ladies proceeded to gossip. I’ve worked in customer service for a number of years. I understand life at a fast food restaurant can be stressful and sometimes mundane but come on ladies. Grow up

Listen, I don't expect gormet at jack in the crack, but for $21 I do expect mediocre basic food. I'm pissed and disappointed. What is this????
They get orders wrong a lot especially for delivery orders. Drive thru is okay but make sure you get the correct change because sometimes you'll get too much or not enough (both have happened to me recently) and it's common to have missing/wrong items.

On the door of the building, it states they open at 6 AM but the staff does not unlock the doors at 6 AM. It’s really sad to see a business say it’s open and it’s not but the staff stares at you like they are.
