I don't normally leave reviews but I've been going to this jack in the box for 8 years and it has gone down hill. There's always full trash cans and it smells like a porter potty when you walk in. But the worst part is that within the past 3 weeks me and my friend both got food poisoning form here. Super upset bc this used to be my go to spot for a quick meal but I don't even trust drinking a cup of water from here

I dont understand why they offer mobile ordering if they never get the order right What's the point of sealing the bag if you didn't even put any condiments? It clearly says what condiments and utensils are needed on the receipt that they are given but they ignore it EVERY SINGLE TIME. What's the point Lol. Not ordering from here anymore

Terrible service!!! I just went there and it's supposed to be open 24 hours, but the employees looked like they were asleep... I waited more than 30 minutes for my order and nobody even acknowledged me!!! This isn't the first time this has happened at Jack in the Box... i have proof

The times supposedly say open 24 hours, but it seems that whenever I want to get something past midnight, it’s always closed despite workers being in there, looking like they’re having a good time and even eating and sharing fries together. I’ve come at different hours to see if maybe it’s a scheduled grill clean or whatnot, and without fail, every single time, I get told they’re closed. And if I do get lucky, I am greeted with terrible attitudes and general dislike towards me.

I usually don’t leave reviews but I had such a negative experience at this Jack in the Box that I felt I needed to share. The drive-thru worker was extremely rude for no reason at all. I was polite and clear with my order, but the tone and attitude I received were disrespectful and unprofessional. I understand fast food can be stressful, but treating customers this way is not acceptable. Management should look into this because it creates a terrible experience and makes me not want to return.
Tacos always stale , fries always cold , wrong orders . Usually only stop by if absolutely need to.. and never seems to fail on food being cold or visibly seeing the food just been sitting there for awhile

Went thru drive thru! Paid got drink! Was told 2 park n da front! Abt 7 - 9 passed me b4! Some1 came out w/1 Double Bacon Smashed Jack! It was Fresh!

This was not good. I got a chicken sandwich meal and upgraded to a large curlies because I was hungry. The chicken on the sandwich was not good. Hard, greasy, old and overcooked. The fries were about half full. And they gave me the wrong drink! Considering this meal cost like $12 this was a big L
