Worst service ever I went to the drive through and placed an order for a simple Supreme breakfast croissant with no egg sandwich which should have had a sausage, ham, bacon, and cheese minus the egg I requested. After getting my order, I'm glad I checked before leaving because, of course, the guy even admitted he gave me a sausage croissant with no egg but charged for the Supreme Croissant. So, of course, I had to park and go into the restaurant to have them give me the right order because even after telling me he charged me for the Supreme, he still gave me the wrong order. Well, I got my Supreme sausage croissant with ham, bacon, and cheese, no egg, and NO SAUSAGE. STILL VERY DISAPPOINTED. THIS IS WHAT THEY CALL A SUPREME CROISSANT. What a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!! ☹️ To think I wasted my time coming here when I should have gone with my first instinct to go to McDonalds for breakfast. Next time, I won't make that mistake again. I would give NO STARS, but I had to at least put one to even post this. ??????????????

The Best! Personnel were so nice! Helped me with my maps. Apple and Google are not getting along and Apple won’t fix it.
The afternoon shift couldn’t have been nicer. Also, clean bathrooms. Completely, 100% helpful…from Cashier to Manager.

pathetic service, food a b d filthy restroom sink. waited forever to be acknowledged while standing at the counter. asked for single burger but charged for a double. burger was disgusting old meat from sitting for many hours in kitchen before served to me. total chaotic employees running around

I feel like I got duped. Jack in the Box has recently been advertising their new Jack Smash Burger, which on paper and screen looks great, but the reality is that it's much less than that.First of all, the burger was not freshly prepared. It was already precooked and then recooked for the burger. As a result, the burger was burnt and very dry. Who does that? Who precooks the patty of a smash burger? You are supposed to smash a fresh ball of ground beef on a hot griddle.Also, the smash burger was very small for the price of $9 after taxes or $8.39 plus tax. A $2.99 burger from their value menu. So yes, I don't recommend this Jack smash burger unless Jack in a Box makes better choices in the burger's preparation.Come on, Jack in the Box, let's make a better burger!

There are a few employees that are not service oriented and I have had 3 separate incidents with the same lady who usually as the drive thru teller and the counter teller. She is combative and argumentative every time I ask for something or have a problem. Even when I have questions about the menu she always has an attitude and is completely disrespectful towards me.

Whenever I come in I hope she isn’t working and pray that someone else is. I’m not one known to be rude to people especially people who cook my meals. However I just must’ve rubbed her the wrong way and because of that she feels it’s necessary to be unprofessional and rude to me. For that re I am giving this location 4 stars instead of 5

On the other hand my experience with this location and the other staff has been phenomenal; there services is impeccable and are always accommodating and very friendly. The food is better than most places and they get 4 1/2 stars out of 5 only because the last order I received gave me bubble guts lol
