They forgot part of my food and it made me feel like I was the one who forgot 💀
Manager gave me attitude but he forgot my food i should be the up set one not him 💀

I’m usually very patient with fast food places but man…every single time I’ve been here the order has been completely wrong and the workers become very rude to me when nicely asking for the right order. Sucks :( can’t say I’ll keep coming here anymore

Wendy is such a real one! I’ve been spending a lot of super late nights at school recently, so I always end up going to this Jack-in-the-Box at around 3 AM, and I always feel bad getting any fast food that late because I don’t wanna be a nuisance to the workers. A lot of the times the people I get late at night tend to be a bit rude, however, that wasn’t the case for Wendy. Despite the late hour, she was super nice and friendly towards me and it really made my night. Now that I’m becoming a regular at this Jack-in-the-Box I do hope to run into her more often.

I live in Clairemont mesa and go to this jack in the box all the time. Tonight we went, ordered 3 chicken sandwiches and a shake. We asked for 6 ranch, 2 per sandwich, we were told, for the first time ever by the way, that we could have 4 and if we wanted more we would have to pay .75 cents each additional. Never in my life of going to jacks have I felt like I was being treated like I was at McDonalds… anyway, rant over. I’m truly disappointed in the night shift worker. Might be a while before I go back, which is a bummer.

I have been going to this location for 10+ years and it’s still wonderful to have the amazing customer service that has sanctified this location since. Juan and Wendy were helpful this past week providing food late at night after a few late night shifts myself. It’s wonderful that the customer service still thrives.

With teary eyes and a heart full of gratitude, I would like to take a moment to specially recognize the team member stationed at the window tonight (Nov. 7th at 8:30 pm). Without going into detail, her kindness went a long way for someone who has recently seen tougher days. Thank you for your professionalism and more importantly, your friendliness. This has been my go-to Jack in the Box in the local area- always quick service, friendly staff, consistent quality, yummy food- all the aspects that keep a returning customer. Never thought I’d leave a comment for a fast food chain, but this location is deserving of positive recognition, specifically the team member who assisted me tonight. Thank you, again and may good karma return to you! There is great power in small acts of kindness!

I even told the person that I was doing a survey which is why I wanted to get the buy one get one free so they know that I do surveys and I asked them specifically if I could have the food fresh and of course they lie and say it's always fresh. Well my Jumbo Jack didn't come with cheese because apparently the survey has a special Jumbo Jack that still cost pretty much the same thing but it doesn't come with cheese however it was cold as you might expect and thin nothing jumbo about it. Supreme croissant.. laughable just see the picture 4 for 4 on cold left over food. Don't go here it's gross

Terrible customer service, they denied me having sauces when they clearly had them there, the service seemed fast, they failed to deliver hamburgers ?

I went for the free Jumbo Jack with a large drink promotion after Padre hits a home run. I usually get onion rings with it. But sometimes I get Tacos. The tacos are so bad they are good. I've been eating them since the 1960's and they haven't killed me yet.? The onion rings are nice and crunchy which is how I like them. I walked from my house (a little less than 1.5 miles one way) so the calories aren't a killer.
