They made me pull forward while nobody was in line.b and still to over 5 minutes to bring my food out. I hate the drive thru BS. Stop trying to fool the clock. You guys seriously lag

Terrible service. They only gave me three chicken strips, four cherry tomatoes, and the container itself is light, almost empty. Terrible service. This is supposed to be a Southwest Salad, and it doesn’t even have the amount of chicken I’ve received at other locations. Definitely avoid this Jack in the Box branch. You're paying for poor quality.
