They made me pull forward while nobody was in line.b and still to over 5 minutes to bring my food out. I hate the drive thru BS. Stop trying to fool the clock. You guys seriously lag
Horriblebad bad bad
Terrible service. They only gave me three chicken strips, four cherry tomatoes, and the container itself is light, almost empty. Terrible service. This is supposed to be a Southwest Salad, and it doesn’t even have the amount of chicken I’ve received at other locations. Definitely avoid this Jack in the Box branch. You're paying for poor quality.

Tacos are great. Front desk a little slow. Food ready right away, they just forgot to give it to us and we had to go back to counter to ask!

A place where you could read the newspaper while enjoying a meal or coffee. It's quiet and can seat maybe 50-60 people.
Came in 50 min before closing. They said it was too close to closing and couldn’t take my order. Ridiculous.

I am here on Saturday, January 18th at almost 3 am. I am a tourist, and do not know the rules of the service industry here.
Rhe worker was very very unhelpful and kickec us out of the line without any explanations or helpful remarks.
Then when we asked for details she sail she will have to refuse service.
Very very bad experience, I realize that the hours are late, but I have worked more than once on these occasions, and still was nice and helpful- cuase I get paid for it.
As should have been the case here.
Horrible experience.
I had a small mistake on my order -the employee was in training and forgot an item. After a quick call the manager was so nice and professional. She turned this into a good experience. Well done and thank you for your kindness mam
Very clean and energetic and A game when going thru the drive thru they are very kind and detailed when handling each order
