SPENT OVER 15MIN STUCK IN THEIR DRIVE THRU. NO APOLOGY OR EXPLANATION FOR THE UNACCEPTABLE WAIT TIME. FOOD WAS COLD/CONGEALED BY THE TIME I GOT HOME. *LIVE 5MIN AWAY. THEY DON'T ANSWER PHONE. VM IS FULL. EMAILED CORP. TIME FOR A WHOLE NEW CREW FTS
this has always been my "go to" Jack on the way home from work... but... the last two visits they put ice in my drink twice when I asked for NO ICE and told me the straw was in the bag and it wasn't... and my Cluck sandwiches were served without sauce or pickles on both visits... what's happening?
