The late night manager supervisor has a really awful bedside manner. Awful customer service never gets the order right never gives a straight answer. He should be fired, He shouldn't be running that store. They need to transfer him or give him some training on his customer service and bedside manner awful communication skills, he has no , customer service and communication. The speaker is awful every time I deal with particularly him. It's always a bad experience, If he want to keep his job than I suggest Corp bring him in and have a serious sit down with him and touch up all over again with his communication and customer service skills.

I always stop by to buy my lunch at night, and the night worker serves me very well, hot food fast and good service. This is my number 1. Thank you very much jack in the box.
The drive thru line is always long and they constantly get my order wrong and I have to drive all the way back and I get nothing for my inconvenience.

It is a very nice jack on the outside, and inside it is in order and clean. The staff is friendly and they deliver orders quickly. It has parking and drive thru.
Well this jack n box is better than the other one I gave a review on. The food is ok. Don’t get the chicken sourdough sandwich. It should be called the chicken saturated with oil in the sourdough bread. Pretty greasy.
