This is the third Jack In The Box I have been to and it's pretty decent... Not as big as Pacific Highway, but still just as good since this one has a far better bathroom setup. I also like that this one still has a Coca Cola freestyle machine where we can refill our cups; though basic drink selection.

Subject: Concern Regarding Service Experience at Jack in the Box #3046
During my visit to Jack in the Box store #3046, I experienced a level of service that left me concerned and uncomfortable.
When I arrived, I was not greeted. I waited for the associates to finish their personal conversation before I was acknowledged. Although my order was prepared quickly, the restaurant was empty due to the rain, so the rushed and dismissive hand-off of my food felt unnecessary. I was not offered any information about condiments or asked whether I needed sauces, despite ordering chicken strips for my dog, Molly.
After taking my food to the covered outdoor seating area, I noticed the associate who served me staring at me while she ate. Her behavior felt intrusive enough that I positioned my bag to block her view. A short time later, two additional employees came outside. One of them appeared to take a photo in my direction under the pretext of capturing store signage, despite the rain. This added to the discomfort and gave the impression that I was being watched or recorded.
The meal itself was good, but the overall experience was unsettling. As someone who grew up in this neighborhood, I’m very aware of the tensions and assumptions people sometimes hold toward Black men. I want to believe we can all do better than that. My hope is that this team reflects on how their actions can affect customers, because there are far more important challenges in the world than treating each other with suspicion.

The worst jack ever! Food cold, not enough staff. the staff there is rude! But honestly the food is not hot! The location is Always dirty. We cannot come back

The late night manager supervisor has a really awful bedside manner. Awful customer service never gets the order right never gives a straight answer. He should be fired, He shouldn't be running that store. They need to transfer him or give him some training on his customer service and bedside manner awful communication skills, he has no , customer service and communication. The speaker is awful every time I deal with particularly him. It's always a bad experience, If he want to keep his job than I suggest Corp bring him in and have a serious sit down with him and touch up all over again with his communication and customer service skills.
