Turned into slowest Jack in the Box ever. Been coming here 10+ years. Counter order took over 15 min with no one in front of me. This isn't the first time, I would not comment unless it was a pattern.

I wait 8 min for my order and then got my two wraps wrong and wait another 5 min. Was late for work. The drive thru person she was blaming everything on the cook. She was having issues with him. I don't care just give me my food and leave me out of your drama!!!!

I ordered big smashed Mac which come with drink and fries, well on the sandwich it’s supposed to have lettuce, tomatoes, and so on, but my the two that ordered do not come with none of that plus my drinks did not either. Bad customer, I will never order anything here again😡😡😡

This location is so horrible, out of the few I have been to around home this one just can’t care less or ever get anything right. Lazy employees that just don’t wanna be there. Don’t waste money here, go to the other one.

I’m very disappointed with my experience today. After a long day, I stopped by to get a Southwest Chicken Salad combo, but the quality was far from acceptable. My salad contained only five large pieces of lettuce—the kind typically used for hamburgers—while all the smaller ingredients, like the tomatoes, shredded cheese, and about six beans, were hidden underneath. The chicken was cold, as if it had been taken straight from the fajita prep.
Additionally, my soda was filled to the top with ice, and after just a couple of sips, it was already gone. To make matters worse, the jalapeño poppers I received were also cold. I’m not sure what happened with the crew working tonight, but this was a very disappointing experience. On top of everything, my throat is now feeling itchy.
I wanted to bring this to your attention in hopes that this can be addressed.
