There is a very thin Hispanic woman who works the window sometimes. She is extremely rude. The first time I interacted with her was over two months ago and I was appalled. I went through the drive through, that day, but I came back to the restaurant and went inside because not only was that woman very hostile to me but she got my sons order wrong as well. I complained about her to the manager and the manager told me”it could be a language barrier”. Then, last night, I tried to go through the drive thru again (for the first time since that incident) but before I could even finish placing my order the woman speaking to me through the speaker was so rude, I stopped placing my order and pulled up to the window. I asked for the name of the lady taking orders, the girl at the window did not tell me her name, instead she went and told the lady taking the orders to come to the window. When she came up to the window I realized it was the same woman who I had an issue with months ago! She kept saying her name in Spanish and I could not make out what she said. I asked her to spell it, she refused. I waited at the window asking everyone in the restaurant what her name was, no one would tell me. I still do not know her name because she and everyone in the restaurant refused to spell her name or give it to me in English. They even proceeded to call me offensive because I was requesting her name in English! Very bizarre!!! I did not say anything offensive to her, I simply asked how to spell her name in English so I could file a complaint. She blatantly refused to give me her name and so did everyone in the restaurant. That’s unacceptable! I will be contacting corporate headquarters and going back there, in person until I can speak with the manager again.

Stopped by to get the "Smash burger", but they were sold out!! All of the stores are "sold out". Seems like a clever marketing strategy to create what feels like a false sense of demand for a product they can't keep in stock. To be continued...

I just moved to the area, and have been pretty happy with Jack in the Box over the years. The food is pretty consistent, and I think it's okay for what it is. This location, however, breaks the mold. They constantly over or under cook the food (like the cinnamon rolls they burned to a crisp and still put in my bag), and get things like "no mustard" or "add grilled onions" wrong. I go out of my way to get my food from other locations, even though this one is less than a mile from my house. I submitted a request for help to corporate with two orders they screwed up so badly I couldn't eat them on December 1st. It's now January 14th and I have not heard back from the franchise owner. Go someplace else if you want food.EDIT: Jack Team - I already went to that site and was ignored. Twice.

I came to this spot as I wanted something quick. I didn't expect to have to wait 15 minutes. The older guy with a blue hat just stared at us as he proceeds to talk amongst the girls in the back. The one girl (younger Hispanic brunette working the drive through) just stared at us with no confirmation of our presence. There was a younger girl sweeping the lobby with no sense of urgency. We stood there as she proceeded to sweep the whole lobby then disappeared. The experience was ridiculous so we decided to go tonthe next spot right across the 15 freeway bridge. I will never visit that spot again and management needs to figure out how to be more effective. I'm surprised people in this area tolerate this.

As far as Jack in the boxes go, this one seems chronically understaffed. Go to one nearby. Most orders take much longer than expected, and the lobby/dine-in is often closed. Having the dine in option closed near a DC fast charger is kind of a disappointment. The low number of employees and possibly high staff turnover (I’ve never seen the same employee twice) makes the few employees they do have work extra hard, which leads to them making more than an average number of mistakes and taking a long time. The individual employees working the counter and drive thru seem to be giving it their all, but it doesn’t seem kind they are getting the support they need to be successful. The two nearby stores on black mtn and Scripps Poway pkwy seem to be run much better than this one.Parking: Huge parking lot that’s never very fullNearby DC fast chargerKid-friendliness: As kid friendly as any fast food place.

Trash ass Fucking sorry ass place. Came in this morning and waited 10 minutes to order at the register and nobody said anything to us. Some bitch was sweeping the entire time and didn't say anything and the people working in the back saw us and ignored us the entire time. Left after that bullshit

They are supposedly open at 4:30 am. Came here at the drive thru at 5:30 am nobody is serving us anything. The guy hid behind the counter. This is not acceptable. The manager needs to address this. The corporate people needs to do a surprise visit.

In regard to the female employee wearing a gray shirt. I am sorry for being rude this morning. I accused you of forgetting my chicken nuggets but on the contrary, my kids ate the nuggets. Thank you for your service today .

Scripps Poway Pkwy location has better hours and consistently fresher fried fare.Past the practical positioning, presenting positive perks per picking peñasquitos pita purveyor potentially proves problematic.

Today I had the opportunity to visit this establishment.I first started by practically being ignored, the manager seemed to be in a discussion with one of the employeesAnd after a few minutes of being ignored I proceeded to go to the bathroom instead. It was only them 2 on the floor at that moment. And the girl working the drive thru, but she just looked at me.I think someone with a managerial position should have the ability to start and stop a conversation with an employee to make sure that the customers get service we need. Furthermore, any manager having an issue with any employee should address it in private with said employee. I dont know it its standard protocol to not give managers name out. Because even the girl in drive thru refused to give me her name. Btw the girl in drive thru was about 5'5" light skinned lastly, I hot my food by the girl in drive thru and she said. "Give me a few seconds please, I've to get spoons. Which in her return hand me a red long skinny spoon.I think those are for ice cream or something.Anyways I just wanted to share this thanks

They would not let me in the building, because they had the dining room closed for xmas decorations. only doing drive thru which I don't do. I had spoke to them on the phone to see if their shake machine was working and they could have said then that they were only doing drive-thru. I went to anotherJB.
